We have a very unique home here in Oceanside. The front part is a 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 bunkbed and 1 twin bed), with 2 full baths, large living room (Cable TV/VCR/DVD,hi=speed internet modem), dining room and large kitchen and a front yard.
Then if you go thru a lockable kitchen door you step right into another full kitchen, living room w/ fireplace & TV w/ VCR/DVD, dining room, upstairs loft den (Computer w/printer, Internet/Wi-fi), 2 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Twin) and 1 full bath. This part has the back yard with patio, table, chairs and umbrella.
Now, you may want the whole house for a large family gathering, reunion, club meeting, wedding or church group, etc.
This home is beautifully decorated in the Traditional style with blues, greens, reds and browns. Large enough to accomodate a reunion, wedding party, or church retreat group. So if you are looking for a quiet beach getaway, that is 2 short block walk from the beach, then this is the place for you.

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
I do not own the home but have lived in all parts of the home during the last 18 years. I raised my kids in this house and now they have grown up and moved on so here I stay in this wonderful location.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The best part about this location is it's proximity to the beach. I can get to the beach in just a short few minutes walk. I also love, love, love, the breezes I get here off the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and full of regular folks that I know and love.
Ruby's restaurant is located at the end of the pier. Best lemonade I have ever tasted! Burgers, fries, etc. also great fun
