We stayed here recently with our toddler and some grandparents and it was a perfect place for us. The house is simple, but has eveything you need, and was very clean. It actually seemed bigger than we expected. The fenced yard was very handy with a toddler and we enjoyed the BBQ alot. The location is great because you can walk to the sound side beach, which is a nice option to have when you don't want to drive, but other things are all short drive away. The owners answered all our questions quickly and were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We rented this house Memorial Day week. It is newly renovated and very clean. Very big fenced in yard was great for our dog and for bbq-ing. Pond across the street is great for fishing. Private beach and a few restaurants/bars by the marina are in walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

i rented this house about a year ago and it was perfect.We had family come over and bbq on the back patio everynight and just relaxed then during the day we would walk to the beach because it was so close...Very clean and well kept on the inside as well everything is pretty brand new...especially the flat screen in the living room...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
