37 Ski Harbor Drive is a two story level lakefront townhouse with dock slip and one-car garage located on a peninsula at the north end of Deep Creek Lake. Numerous shops and restaurants, the Wisp Ski Resort, boat rental vendors, Adventure Sports International, and amusement arcades are nearby (some within walking distance).
The unit was freshly painted and received all new furnishings in 2008. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 26" wall mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan, stand fan, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower combination, and private balcony with seating that overlooks the lake and ski slopes. The second bedroom, which also overlooks the lake, is furnished with a queen bed, 20" wall mounted flat screen TV, celing fan and stand fan. Bedroom #3 contains two twin beds and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lakefront deck has a picnic table and charcoal grill with utensils.
