The unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the mountain range from every window will take your breath away! Inside you'll find a completely remodeled, two bedroom, two bath condominium that has been beautifully decorated with rustic furniture and your comfort and coziness in mind. It is located in Frisco, Colorado at Lake Forest Condominiums.
The master bedroom has a plush king bed, full private bath, 32" HD LCD TV, clock radio, and phone. The second bedroom has two queen beds, full bath and a separate vanity, 26" HD LCD TV w/DVD, and clock radio. The dining and family room have a queen hideaway bed, 42" Plasma TV w/VCR and DVD, stereo with CD, free WiFi and a gas burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your gourmet needs. The condo also has a washer and dryer, one car garage, outdoor gas grills and three hot tubs perched up on the hill overlooking Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountain Ranges.

- The beauty of the area and the year round activities are what drew us to Summit County. In the winter, you are within minutes of several World Class ski areas, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Loveland (15 minutes), Copper Mountain (10 minutes), Vail and Beaver Creek (30 minutes), Also enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing. In the spring and summer, bike the Summit County bike path, or boat, sail or fish, right across the street, at Lake Dillon. Golfing, whitewater rafting, and hiking are minutes away. Year round, enjoy shopping in the quaint specialty boutiques or in Silverthorne's 90 Factory Outlet Stores (three minutes).

This is my second stay at this beautiful condo! Jennifer is very easy to work with, extremely accomodating and very helpful. Just like the name implies, this truly is a luxerious condo with all of the conveniences of a home plus an amazing view! Very centrally located to Breckenridge, Keystone and the outlet stores at Silverthorne. I definitely plan to stay here again in the near future!

This condo is well-furnished, comfortable, and clean. The gas fireplace was a cozy bonus for our family. We have no complaints. The location is great in regard to nearby ski areas, a major grocery store, and a short drive to Frisco's Main Street. Photos are very accurate; it is beautiful.

We were in town for the Tubbs Romp to Stomp Snowshoe event at the Frisco Nordic Center. The condo was convienient to everything we needed! It is a beautiful condo with all the comforts of home - great views too! Thanks for sharing your property with us! It made for a relaxed weekend :)

A very positive experience for a short skiing vacation. All information concerning the condo was very accurate and precise. Jennifer Sales was great to work with and very helpful. We've been staying at various ski condos in the west over the last 30 years, and this one is probably the best. Very well equipped. Ground level. Wifi. Wide screen tv. Good location. Had a few questions and owner was very reachable. If forced to find anything negative it would be that we never did see the dumpster location and the hot tub was up the hill a bit, making for a cold walk back to the condo.

We stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wonderful decor enhances its overall coziness. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are comfortable.The condo faces the Lake Dillon and offers a fabulous panoramic view of the 10 mile range. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
