This lovely home offers you 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, split floor plan, upgraded wood flooring, bright & open kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances(fully stocked), spacious family room with vaulted ceilings and cozy gas fireplace, over 1400 square feet, 2 car garage, RV parking, RV gate, heated pool and spa, and located in a golf course community.

This home actually sits on the 2nd hole of Desert Mirage Golf Course. Desert Mirage Golf Course is a 9 hole golf course and has a lighted driving range. Across from the golf course is a park with play ground equipment, basketball courts, baseball fields, and bike paths.

After a round of golf you can enjoy the heated pool and spa. Our Arizona nights are perfect for sitting out under the covered patio or relaxing in the jacuzzi. If it is too chilly for you, why not go inside and sit by the gas fireplace in the family room.

This home also has room if you are traveling with any trailers or boats. It has RV parking and an RV gate. There is also on street parking and a 2 car garage.

There are many things to do while staying in Glendale. The home is only blocks from the Cardinals Stadium, Westgate Pavilions, Hockey Arenas, Spring Training Facilities, World Famous Cabelas, AMC movie theaters, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Glendale is about 5 miles away and is the Antique Capital of the area. If you like shopping at malls then you'll love Arrowhead Mall which is just minutes away. You may also want to see our Wildlife Zoo which is only 15 minutes away.

You can also head East to Scottsdale and check out all the museums, art galleries, night clubs, many golf courses, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and much more.

You are also only a 2 hour car ride to Tucson or you can head North 2 hours and be in the forest. There really are so many choices for you to make while you stay in Arizona.

  • We stayed here twice in the last year. Once as 2 couples and again as a family of six. The house is excellant with very nice amenities. The area is ripe with things to do within a short drive. Travel is easy to most destinations in the greater Phoenix area. The neighborhood is middle to upper middle class with quiet neighbors to the west and a golf course to the east. The adjacent course is a short 9 holer, nicely kept and reasonably priced. While not the most challenging, it is a great early AM course or as a prelude to Dinner and drinks at the pool. True Nirvana!

  • Stayed at this lovely home with my wife. The inground pool is heated and very private. Their hot tub is new and seats 8. The house is immaculate and sets right on the golf course. The master suite is large and spotless. The palm trees made us feel like we were in Hawaii. Walking distance to all the new shops and stadiums. Will be back for sure next year. Thanks!!
