Weeks starting May 28th, June 4th and Aug.27th $1,600.
September weeks $1,350/week.
Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday. 2pm check-in 10am check-out.
$500 security deposit required. One month security required for a monthly renter.
18' Pontoon Boat available $600/week + additional $500 security.

Why the Owner Chose Oconomowoc
This 2 Acre Property is 25 min. west of Milwaukee, 35 min. east of Madison, & 75 Min. north west of Chicago just a mile south of I-94. The home is on one of the cleanest lakes in south-eastern Wisconsin. The entire lake can be seen from our shore (yet is large enough to ski on) which is important to us as we have kids who are constantly out on the water.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The size of the lot, almost 2 acres, affords privacy, plenty of parking for visitors, and room to spread out. While feeling like we are in an "up north" setting, the property is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. In the winter, the lakehouse is perfect for family gatherings; ice skating, ice fishing, cross-country skiing and Olympia Resort is only 1 mile away for downhill skiing!

My family and I stayed here July, 2010 and had a great time. Property and house were beaufitul and easy to get to. The picture of the property is very much accurate except the grounds were bigger than it shows. There was enough room for 5 kids, 8 adults and 2 dogs. Very clean and spacious. We rented the pontoon and paddle boat which was a hugh success with the kids. The guys fished every day and we actually had fish a couple times a week. Waking up early and sitting outside to see the morning sun was the best for me. Nothing like a cup of coffee with some peace and quiet. The owner Vicki was wonderful and she explained everything. Grocery store was easy to get to. It's a great location. We pretty much sayed on the grounds except for going into Milwaukee. I would highly recommend this property. Phyllils
