Two bedroom (one with king, one with 2 twins). Living Room with queen sofa sleeper. Two bathroom, kitchen with eating area. Large outside deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Private outside shower. Wireless Internet access.
Rental Saturday to Saturday. Maximum occupancy 6 people- no pets please.
Tenant Responsibilities:: Tenants are responsible for garbage removal. Linens are provided for beds- please bring your own beach towels.

We stayed at this house last July, would have been there again, if not for the need of an additional bedroom... It is perfect. Short walk to Ditch Plains beach, perfect deck with ample seating, same goes for the living room, impeccably clean, and a super, well-appointed kitchen. We really didn't need to think about anything (as it should be). The owner was fabulous to work with. My family enjoyed the stay so much, all one floor living with the two baths (one w/washer dryer), was just so easy and comfortable. If they'd add another bedroom, we'd be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
