Silver Beach is some kind of resort. When you think of Destin luxury resorts. Picture it in your mind. This is what you see. What a place this is! Right smack dab in the heart of Destin. Which is like saying you’re where it’s at!
You can’t get much better that Silver Beach. It’s got everything you want. Stunning beach, gulf front pools. I was so impressed with the beach I took a bunch of pictures.
This beauty is like a really good looking girl who makes all the other girls a little jealous. In other words, this is top drawer beach living. It’s got big and beautiful gulf side pool and a bunch of other great stuff:
• You’re right on the beach
• There’s all kinds of beach services
• You got 2 Waterfall Pools
• And there’s kids programs during the summer
Plus there’s lots of stuff close:
• Bunches of golf courses within 5 minutes or so
• Outlet Mall Shopping’s 10 minutes away
• There’s deep sea fishing within 15 minutes
• Henderson Beach State Park is right next door
• And you’re right near Baytowne Wharf’s shopping, dining, and nightlife village
• Full service spas
If that wasn’t enough let me fill you in on your place. This is really something’. What a beautiful condo. And it’s big! Look at the pictures.
Step on in to the entry and you’ll find all kinds of room to keep your flip flops and beach toys. You’ll also start to get a sense of how this place is organized. Around the view! This is what you get a place like this for. Because in almost every room you got a beach shot. The big sliding glass doors take you right out to the private balcony where you get to see what makes Destin the place to be.
When you’re done with that, step on back inside and check out the LIVING ROOM. There’s a sofa that’s got a KING sleeper in it and a love seat that gives you plenty of room to relax. That entertainment center’s got a gigando TV with all kinds of cable channels and a DVD to play your favorite movies. One more cool thing, there’s high speed internet if you want to do a little surfing’ inside when you’re not surfing’ outside. I gotta believe you’re gonna be spending a lot of time on this balcony. Man, what a view!
The MASTER BEDROOM got a really comfortable king sized bed and private bath. I’d describe the décor as contemporary beach. A place where you can relax. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closets. There’s a TV with dozens of clear channels, and a DVD here as well. You’ll also enjoy the garden tub where you might can relax. But here’s the bonus. You’ve got direct access to the balcony. So, get up and walk out on the balcony and catch the morning first thing. What a View!
The SECOND MASTER is decorated pretty nicely too. and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. It’s got a Queen size bed, TV with cable, and a DVD. This is a great little hideaway where you can catch up on your favorite beach book, or just grab an afternoon nap. That’d be Sonny’s choice.
The GUEST BEDROOM is just as big. Queen size bed. Awesome.
The open KITCHEN looks out over the water and has everything you want. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grill cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. The Kitchen Bar makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, and offers beach views so you never forget you’re at the beach.
And if you want to wash the sand out of your shorts, there’s a Washer/Dryer right there for you. No toting stuff to a laundry room.
These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep 8 comfortably including 3 complete baths.
Silver Beach. Sonny’s kind of place. It’ll be yours too. But not if you wait around. This one’s going to be rented pretty fast.
