You'll love the fabulous view from this spacious, oceanfront villa. It features a master bedroom suite with king-size bed, lots-of-room, living areas, full kitchen, and private balcony with your private stair to the pool.
You will enjoy the big, oceanfront, heated pool adjacent to a large cabana that has a covered deck. There's a kids' pool, too. Captains Walk is conveniently located on the bike path. The Fazio Golf Course is a short walk away. Other golf courses, bike and canoe rentals, the tennis center, restaurants with a short walk, and night spots are also nearby.
This two bedroom villa is located with a direct view of the ocean. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The glass top dining table seats six. The living area has a sofa and love seat. The sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed. There is a remote TV and VCR/DVD, a stereo/cassette/CD player, and private stairs which access to the deck with a pool and ocean view.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, access to the deck with the same great view as living area, and a private bath with a separate dressing area. The second bedroom has twin beds and lots of room with a private bath in this bedroom too. This villa is approximately 1400 square feet.
