Villa Alegria is a bright, newly-remodeled villa with five cozy fireplaces and huge picture windows that frame fabulous 180-degree views of the Parroqiua, Centro and the Altiplano. Villa Alegria's amenities include two large terraces, a garden, a heated pool, and a garage. The house is minutes from the Jardin inside a tranquil gated community with a tennis court. The Villa has wireless high-speed internet, iPod players and phones in each room, and an HP printer/scanner/copier in the living room. The media room is equipped with a large-screen TV showing American and Spanish channels. The kitchen has all new appliances, a pizza maker and an outdoor grill. The master suite contains a king-size bed with a queen-size trundle bed underneath and a large-screen TV. The master bath has an oversize tub, separate shower, and his and her vanities. There are two additional guest bedrooms each with in-suite bathrooms and two twin beds that can be made-up as a king size bed. The detached casita has a twin bed, fireplace and en-suite bathroom and large-screen TV. Housekeeping service is provided five days per week and the housekeeper can prepare breakfast. Gardening service is provided three days per week. Upon request, weekend housekeeping service, a professional chef, and in-house spa services are all available.
