You've found the perfect home for your family vacation! This new home is beautifully decorated and has it all. It includes five bedrooms, three and a half baths, fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch and deck overlooking a relaxing pond with fountain. Every room has a flat-screen TV with DVD player – enjoy a movie on the large 50” widescreen TV in the loft. We also have a game room in the garage which includes foosball, ping-pong, hot shot basketball and skee-ball!
This two-level home is perfect for two or three families to enjoy. The downstairs has a master suite with a king bed. Also on the lower level are a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs level has a large bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom that can sleep four in the pyramid bunk. For your convenience, we’ve provided a pack-n-play for your infant or toddler.
The home is located in the Bayside Resort conveniently located at Routes 54 and 20. We are a short 4 miles from Fenwick Island beach and the beaches of north Ocean City. You can choose to drive to the beach or take the community shuttle service (between Memorial Day and Labor Day). Nearby beaches also include Bethany and Rehoboth. There is so much to do in the beach towns, including boardwalks in Bethany and Ocean City, mini golf, amusement parks, water parks, restaurants, and tax free outlet shopping. Also within the community is a Harris Teeter grocery store open 24/7.
You can also choose to stay in the community to enjoy all the amenities. The golf enthusiast will enjoy the 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course. Designed by one of golf’s greatest champions, Bayside’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course surrounds the community. The community also has two pools, splash park, hot tub, tennis, volleyball, fitness area, shuffleboard, playground and carousel for kids, fishing dock and more!

Amazing Fenwick Home!!!

Three families with six children (12 total) had an amazing time in this gorgeous home!! The property was spotless and beautifully furnished. Each bedroom had either a queen or king size bed for the adults and bunk or single beds for the kids - and every room had a TV/DVD player! The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room table was large enough for us all to sit comfortably. There is an amazing screened in porch overlooking the water with another dining table and chairs and then an outside area for the grill. The upstairs has a fantastic TV/family room - and I haven't even mentioned the downstairs family room or game room - ping pong, basketball and foosball!! The location is great - within minutes of the beach, pools, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, grocery stores and restaurants. During the summer there are shows and children activities at the Freeman Stage - located within walking distance from the front door. There is nothing about this home that feels like a rental property - you will not be disappointed!!!!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL vacation at this property. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the entire house was nicely equipped! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out but also plenty of room for all of us to enjoy family time together. The kitchen table easily fit all 10 of us as did all of the bedrooms and bathrooms! My parents have trouble with stairs so it is nice that so many bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level (as well as the kitchen, eating area, living room, porch and deck) and then still the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs! The children had a wonderful time playing cards on the screened in porch, competing in the games in the garage (hours of entertainment there with all of the different games), watching TV and movies on the large TV upstairs, swimming at both pools, playing golf, fishing and enjoying the beach! The adults enjoyed a cocktail on the deck while looking at the pond, cooking in the large kitchen, and just simply relaxing!! We also had wonderful food - both at the house and going out! It is nice that the house has plenty of place settings to support a large group, lots of large pots and pans, a gas grill, etc. (we loved the waffle maker - perfect for a rainy morning breakfast!). This made it just as much fun to cook at home as going out! The weather cooperated most of the time with us, however, it was really nice to have the pools available for the days that the weather was uncertain and we needed to get home quickly. Overall, a great time was had by all and we will definitely be staying again!! Thank you!!
