We had an awesome time at Little Perch. Hiked to Diamond Notch Falls just up 42 in West Kill. Went to the flea market on Saturday in Woodstock. Had the filet mignon at Ricciardella's in Phoenecia for my wife's birthday. Had pistachio ice cream at the Bun and Cone in Margaretville. And took the chair lift ride at the Fall Festival at BelleAyre Mountain. We really were right in the middle of everything. And every turn and crest of the road revealed another spectacular fall foliage vista. It was like driving "in" a postcard. All of the high tech ammenities make the down time at Little Perch great for the whole family. We died laughing at all of the political in-correctness in "The Birds." Like, "Hey lady, I'll show you where the freeway is. Just let me finish my drink first." We had the most perfect time at Little Perch and want to go back again. Thank you Paul, for everything. Because just like you said, it is all there. Thank you.

Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay at your place. The last night, we enjoyed watching the stars. Trip to Diamond Lodge was good, both my boys enjoyed it, sorry we dropped the book (Catskill Day Hikes) in the water at Diamond Lodge Falls. We would love to come here again. Thank you.

Thank you Paul. We take home fond memories of the starry nights, the breakfast on the deck, the birds, the forest, the raspberries picked on the mountain side and our afternoon cool down wading in the Esopus. We hope to return.

What a great time we had relaxing at your cabin. The location and solitude was wonderful. It was our 5th wedding anniversary this weekend and we enjoyed our time upstate. It was also our daughter, Allison's first vacation! We went for a nice dinner at Al's Seafood and did a great day hike to Diamond Notch. The deck was a great place to hang out and BBQ and we made s'mores by the fire pit. Thank you Paul for thinking of everything. We'll be back.

This place is wonderful. Paul has thought of everything! John and I have stayed at a lot of places, but this one is by far the BEST! It has everything you would need, plus it is quite and peaceful. Paul even brought a fire pit so we could have a fire outside. Thank you Paul! And we will be back! PS. We loved playing Scrabble, great idea.

Our stay was great. The house is very cozy and the technology and the free wife made it even better. The surroundings of the cabin were also beautiful and it was a really nice that the house was only 10 minutes away from the mountains. We were also pleased that pets were allowed in the house. Thank you. 5 STARS....

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving (really long) weekend! As previous quest stated, Paul did a good job preparing this house to be occupied by huge NYC police, New York City residents. We liked nature here, quietness and everything else, including: nice set of electronics, ability to use the internet, cleanliness of the house in general. We will try to visit this place again. Thank you Paul.

Had a wonderful time with parents and (in laws) visiting. They enjoyed the beautiful fall, the hammock and the lunch which we had on the small perch. "The Lord of the Rings" was amazing to watch and the "Vampires in the Night" was kinds of terrifying. Very nicely done house!! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our stay more enjoyable. It was "home away from home. We will be back soon !!!

What a perfect stay! We are tech geeks and were so happy to have found such a great place to meet our needs. Paul has done a fabulous job with LIttle Perch - he has thought of everything. This was our longest time away from our young son and we couldn't have imagined better accommodations. Even the torrential rain was peaceful and lovely at Little Perch Mountain House. We will be back again.

Fast-friends since 4th grade, came to Little Perch to escape, albeit briefly, mortgages, train tables, and the many responsibilities of upstanding 40- somethings. Surrounded by beautiful fall colors. here we made our court. Good times. Good times, indeed. But alas, today we return to our lives-and quiet desperation. Farewell, Little Perch, eyrie of Mountain Kings.

This is truly a "home in the woods" Watching the first snow of the season was beautiful. Also no bears or coyotes this visit but we hope to return. The fall foliage met our expectations and our standard schnauzer found the outside scents amazing every where we took him. This certainly exceeds life in the Washington DC area where we live. Thank you again.
