We absolutely loved the condo. It was perfect for our family. We had 2 families staying in this condo w/ a total of 5 children. The pirate bunk beds were a hit! Both the adults and the children really appreciated the sand toys and boogie boards left for the guests to utilize at the beach. My family has stayed at a number of vacation condos on the beach in different locations and we've never stayed at a condo that offerred so many extra amenities for the children. I was really impressed w/ the staple kitchen items the owners leave for their guests to use. Typically I bring these types of items w/ me (i.e. salt & pepper, sugar, Pam, etc.). The Gulf view was EXCELLENT...it couldn't have been in a better location. My family would definitely stay in the condo again if we were to go back to Orange Beach!

. Traveled with Daughter and husband, In laws, and husband an myself. The condo was large enough that we were not crowded. Beautifully decorated, great view, pool and grounds well kept. would love to come back and stay during better weather.

We loved this place! It was everything (and more) that the owner Kim said that it would be! While we were two older couples seeking a weekend getaway this condo is also perfect for families with MANY children! There are 3 bedrooms but multiple sleeping arrangements with bunks and pull-out beds everywhere. Everything was super clean and the condo is stocked better than my own home! Kim was a delight to work with and we will for sure be staying here again in the near future! Thanks for sharing your beach home Kim!

The condo is just as the pictures show. The location, food and opportunities for shopping and sightseeing were great!! Oh! the blue water and white sandy beach was wonderful to wake up to each morning. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we plan to use it again in the future.You must see it!!

Once again we so enjoyed our week at the Roberts Condo. This year we took my in-laws and they were so impressed by all that the condo was stocked with and the organization of everything. The trip is so much easier when you don't have to pack beach towels, buckets, shovels, chairs, umbrellas, wakeboards, etc. And the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including spices. One of my other favorite things about the condo is the decorations. I LOVE the beachy feel in every room. The bright colors are awesome and cheery. And almost every room has a view of the beach. In the master you can shower and look out at the beautiful ocean. There is not one negative thing that I can say about the Roberts condo, to me it is perfect. I look forward to many more trips their with my friends and family and with Kim I know I will feel welcomed.

Condo was beautifully decorated with all the extra amenites you don't find at other condos. (Trust me, I've stayed at a lot in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.) Owner was very friendly and helpul with whatever we needed. We go to the beach every year, and this is the first place we've been to that my husband said that he just assumed we come back to again. The location was perfect, too. It wasn't next to mammoth high rises where you have to share the beach with a lot of people, but not so far away that you were always driving. A plus for us as we ended up going to the grocery store for something or other 4 out of the 7 days we were there. The pool was definitely a hit with the kids as well. And the outstanding views were a hit with the adults. Just what a week at the beach should be.

Oh my! Awsome. Had a great time even though tropical storm, "Lee" tried to spoil our trip. Condo was clean and plenty of room for 3 families. Ages ranged from 2 to 63. Will definately return. Thanks to Kim for allowing us to share her home. Naval Air Museum is huge and free. Don't miss the Shrimp Shack in front of Purple Octopus. Great sea food, awsome service and very reasonable price.

We had a GREAT stay at this condo and really didn't want to leave!! You can tell that the owners really take pride in this property...it was very clean and they've thought of & provide everything that you could possibly need...to say that they've made it family friendly is an under-statement. The pictures do a good job of giving a visual of the entire space, but when you see it in person, you'll see that they've really maximized the use of every "nook & cranny" they have. We were really excited to find a condo rental that would fit 11+ people for such a great price...our two families (4 adults and 7 children) fit in this condo very comfortably for a full week and there was room to spare! Besides the gorgeous beach and nice indoor/outdoor pool, there are plenty of activities (para-sailing, dolphin cruises, the Gulf State Park/Pier, etc.), restaurants, and shopping close by...we really enjoyed driving about 30min. to the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL and watched the Blue Angels Air Show practice (it was FREE). The owners provide boxes of brochures and menus in the condo for reference & recommendation (which we found very helpful). The owners were very friendly and great to work with...they quickly responded to every question that we had and even some that we hadn't thought of (we thought that was great, too). I would definitely recommend this place to my friends/family and we hope to work it out so we can come back to Harbour Place at Orange Beach very SOON!!

Buckeye's at the Beach

We felt more like guests in their home than renters! Kim has thought of everything...from beach chairs, toys,towels etc to restaurant menus/reviews to a fully supplied kitchen. Owners provide an abundance of communication and follow up. The condo is beautiful and so much fun. The kids LOVED the pirate themed room and all the games to play. I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the patio watching the dolphins in the Gulf. A great time was had by all!!!

We loved everything about your condo! The rooms were bright, updated, and spacious! The oceanfront views were so beautiful to wake up to each morning. We had three families in the condo, but it worked out fine because we had young kids and there were plenty of beds. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and very well organized. We loved the extras, like the beach gear, take-out menu box, and games/dvd's. Condo owners are wonderful to communicate with and the condo was cleaned well. We will definitely return to this wonderful place! Thanks for a great experience!

We absolutely loved this condo. It had plenty of space for 4 teenage kids, 3 little toddlers and 4 adults. The view was amazing in itself from the condo and the fact that it was right on the beach, just made it better. We love Orange Beach, and the condo was awesome. The owners answered all our questions promptly, and the condo is very organized and well maintained. We had beautiful views, and we appreciated the extra twin mattresses, pirate room, and baby equipment. We shopped at the outlet mall in Foley, parasailed, played at Adventure Island, rode the ferris wheel at The Wharf, hunted crabs, and swam in the pool...but the best part was the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Our family came down wanting a get away & we found it. The condo was just what we wanted & how the pics showed it to be. It was awesome! The location was right on the beach & the swimming pool was a added bonus. It was our little ones first time to the beach & they loved it & want to come back soon. The condo was perfect. It looks exactly as the pictures, was very clean, well stocked (including beach supplies) and had the best view in the building. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions. There is plenty of indoor activities inside the condo for the kids (we had a few rainy days) such as puzzles and games, movies and cards. I would recommend this condo highly.

Our experience at the Roberts' condo was excellent. As the senior members of our families we were looking forward to spending a peaceful time together away from the day to day hassel. The views were breathtaking, the weather was in the mid to high seventies almost everyday. Barefoot walks on the beach were very relaxing. We have visited Orange Beach many times, but have never stayed in a more spacious, organized and comfortable place. You cannot be in a bad mood in such a happily decorated beach home with wonderful views. We enjoyed many hours on the balcony. Thanks to Kim for all her help in making our stay unforgetable!

We had a wonderful time at the Robert's condo. It has everything you need in a home away from home, plus it's beautifully decorated as seen in the pictures on the website. Perfect condo, great locaction on the beach and near several resturants and attractions. We watched dophins play ,from our balcony, every morning and evening. This condo was great, the directions to the condo were perfect. If going to the expressway we would have been out of our way. The pictures were perfect everything we expected and more. When we arrived everything was spotless and it was great to see when we forgot certain spices they were in the cabinet (very unusual). They were very helpful in answering all of our questions about things to do and the best ways to get to it. I would highly reccomend this condo for girls weekend, romantic and especially people with children. My grandson loved the pirates room and was very entertained with the books, coloring books and unlimited things to do. Our family had a wonderful weekend. Thanks so much.

This is a very spacious condo. The listing photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. Perfect for larger families. The two adult bedrooms with king beds were stylishly decorated and roomy. The pirate bedroom was perfect if you had kids. The three bathrooms were a definate plus. The property was not as clean as I would have liked for it to have been but I'm a clean nut so for everyone elses standard, it was probably clean. I would definately recommend this property to friends or relatives that have kids. It's perfect for that larger family. If your a history buff, go to Fort Morgan. It's an old Civil War Fort and there's a lot of history there to be seen and read about.

Owner response:When I called to check on these guests after their arrival, she mentioned finding a bit of dust under the couch and on the top back half of the refrigerator. I offered to send the cleaning crew back over to clean these 2 items, but I was told it really wasn't that bad. Therefore, I was a bit stunned to find that this guest would rank our condo down to 3-stars and complain on-line that our condo wasn't clean! As you can see from every single other guest, this has NEVER been a problem. We have a wonderful cleaning crew, and we go down to personally inspect and deep-clean our condo every 6 weeks.

We loved nearly everything about this condo. The size was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 children). The location was ideal. The decor was fun. The furniture was comfortable. The owners communicated with us wondefully before, during and after our stay. Because so many 'toys', kitchen essentials, and linens were available to us we were able to pack up and move out in less than an hour. (we didn't want to go home!!)

My family and I enjoyed the Roberts' condo very much! We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 toddler boy! Everything you could possibly need is in this condo and as an added bonus, everything is labeled so you can find things and know where to put them back. The view from the top floor (corner) balcony was beautiful! The condo was quiet and the elevator is just around the corner (which was awesome because our son was never woken up by loud noises)! Our son loved the pirate themed children's bedroom, especially the pirate hats! The entire decor is wonderful, bright and colorful! Girl's Beach Vacation

Three friends and I stayed at Harbour Place--and by the way, we're all sixty-ish! The condo is the most convenient place I have ever stayed. The owner has to be the most organized and thoughtful person in the world!! The weather was not too cooperative. It rained for four days--without ceasing. Then the sun came out and we played on the beach. Harbour Place was a wonderful place to hang out when it was raining. There are movies and games provided with a tv in every room. This is an ideal condo for families with small children as well as "oldies" like us. I would recommend it for anyone going to the beach. Great condo at Orange Beach

This was the perfect family condo. Lots of room including 3 full bathrooms. Everything is labeled so you know where to return items - (WONDERFUL idea)! The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped nicely with everything you need. The listing description and photos accurately disclosed the condo's appearance and amenities. The condo was clean and ready for me to move in upon arrival. Mrs. Roberts answered all my emails promptly, even though I bugged her with several emails during my stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends, coworkers and family members. My family will definitely stay there again. Other than the beach and pool, my daughter really enjoyed Adventure Island. Our favorite restaurant in Orange Beach is Gulf Shores Steamer.

We had such a wonderful time at your condo. We loved the huge bedrooms and all the baths. We just loved it! All the beach gear that is provided was wonderful. Less for us to pack!! Everyone of my children - even my oldest, 19, loved the pirate costumes! Lots of laughs and pics! My younger children loved the games during down time. I loved the way everything was organized. And of course the beach and water was beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back and, in fact, hope to for our nxt family vacation!!

We loved our trip to the beach! This was my second time to stay at the Roberts condo and it was just wonderful! Everything is so clean and organized. The views are wonderful! Was so nice to sit on the balcony and drink coffee every morning listening to the ocean and sea gulls. We ate a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. Anything you needed to cook with was right at your fingertips. Was located close enough to Gulf Shores to go out to eat, or do anything you wanted, but far enough to not have all the noise at night. Was one of the most relaxing trips I have ever taken! P.S. Our favorite place to eat was The Shrimp Basket! The best shrimp we have ever had!!!

Awesome Condo, Awesome Time

All I can say is that this condo was awesome in everyway. It is decorated beautifully with a beach theme and is extremly organized. Our kids absolutly loved the pirate room. Our daughter was dressed like a pirate within the first 5 minutes of our arrival. Our son loved to play the playstation in the evenings and also reading the shark books. He was stating facts about sharks before we left. This condo also has beautiful views. We loved the master bedroom being able to see the ocean from all angles, not to mention its gorgeous decor. Also usually when we go anywhere to stay other than home, we long to get back in our own bed, well not here..the most comfortable bed besides my own. We also enjoyed the views from the balcony every morning and every evening. We even saw dolphins swimmimg one morning. Also I cannot forget to mention all the beach gear that you all had there available for our use (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and lots of sand toys). It was so nice not to have to pack that in our vehicle and worry with it and our kids enjoyed everything so much. The kitchen was wonderful also and had all the items that we needed and more. We cooked several meals in ourselves, and ate out the other nights. I could go on and on about this condo unit, it to me is the perfect place. As far as the oil, we were hardly even effected by it. Maybe a little of it was good timing, but I also think that it is because those workers are working very hard to keep the beaches clean. We witnessed them working overnight to clean the beach so that we could enjoy it the next day...and we did. We were happy to support Gulf Shores and glad that continued on with our trip. We met some great people and made some wonderful memories. Thanks Roberts family for opening up your beach home to us. We can't wait to come back.

Great visit during oil spill!!

We had a great time visiting Orange Beach this past week and staying in your condo! The condo was very clean, had great beds and had everything else we could possibly need for our stay! It is in a great location and the beach area is not crowded at all! You could tell that Orange Beach was working very hard to keep the beaches as clean as possible during the oil spill. We were able to swim and play on the beach each day that we were there because of all the clean up efforts that were taking place. There were lots of skimmer boats in the water working all day and night to keep the oil off of the beaches. There were also alot of other people and equipment on the beaches cleaning up around the clock! We had a wonderful time and are so glad that we decided to go ahead come and enjoy the beach this year! We made some great memories! Thanks for letting us rent your condo at Harbour Place 511. We hope to come back soon.

I just want to tell you again how much we loved staying at your condo(May 29- June5)! One of the 4 yr olds is already planning our next trip! :) The condo was so comfortable and met all of our needs and expectations!! You are so organized and had everything we needed. We hate that the oil came ashore and that some people have backed out of their reservations! They are missing out on a great place! Wishing I was back there right now. My German house guest accompanied me. We traveled from Florida to join my Alabama daughter and grandchildren. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view! Once again we enjoyed every minute of our time in your beautiful condo. We love the new colors and furniture, and the new counter top is beautiful! Our family of 9 spent our vacation in this wonderful condo. It was the perfect size, decorated great, mattresses were very comfortable, all the extra ammenties were a plus. It was nice not to have to bring dirty clothes home with you because of the new washer and dryer furnished. The kitchen was furnished to the max and even though we didn't "cook" that much, there was everything there that you needed. The condos location made it easy to walk the short distance to the beach. We could not have asked for a better condo or location. Our family made wonderful memories on our trip and are looking forward to going back.

We spent a few days here in late July and had a great stay! Lots of extras. The twin mattresses found under each bed was a nice plus. The kids' favorite was the pirate bedroom with PS2. Loved the large foyer where we could store all of our beach goodies, out of the living space but accessible when we needed them. This section of the beach wasn't very crowded for such a busy time of year. Great trip!

Our family stayed here for a week in July and thought this condo was terrific! It's beautifully decorated, extremely well-organized, and well-stocked. I loved how there were labels in all the cabinets and the pantry so that I knew where to put things, find things, etc. The owners are also great about using e-mail for contact and always answer questions quickly. They are just really helpful and easy to deal with. The condo's location on the beach is terrific; there is nothing on one side of the building so there's lots of beach space for everyone to spread out on. We had a great vacation here!

We stayed at this condo in May and had a wonderful time. We had a rather large group but made it fine with 3 bedrooms and extra mattresses. All were very comfortable. It was very peaceful and the view was great. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool during the hottest part of the day. Didn't have to worry about sunscreen! We had a very enjoyable stay.

I took my two children to the beach for spring break in March, 2009. The weather was much colder than we expected and we spent a lot more time inside that I had planned. That didn't matter to the kids. They LOVED the condo (as did I, of course)! They spent hours in the pirate bedroom pretending that the bunk beds were a pirate ship and they were Captains. The condo was well equipped, very comfortable and just downright enjoyable. I would highly recommend this home away from home to anyone.

We took our family of 7 on a vacation to Orange Beach, Alabama in February of '09. This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Our kids all had comfy beds to sleep in and we had a beautiful kitchen to cook in. The facilities inside and outside the condo were very, very well maintained and in great condition. We had a spectacular time and would do it again in a New York Minute! HIGHLY Recommend this condo for any family vacations - - it's just perfect!
