It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and twin bed with trundle below, one bathroom with shower, living room/dining room and kitchenette with half fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. It has a beautiful ocean view from the backside with courtyard and Ocean Avenue views from the front. It is tastefully decorated with custom furnishings, draperies, antiques, and art. This is the first time this property is available for rent and extreme care has been taken in creating it's comfort. All the mattresses, bedding, towels, and kitchen items are brand new. Where possible we have chosen organic bedding, a matress and linens, use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and remodeled using environmentally friendly paint. There are TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Internet access is available. No onsite parking, as it is an apartment, but all day parking is nearby and offsite covered parking is available. This property is located in the HEART of downtown Carmel, with thefamous white sandy beach just four blocks away.
