Sits on 1.1 acres of secluded pine and aspen trees. Beautiful wrap around deck with gas BBQ. Awesome views. Within 10 minutes of snowshoeing, fishing, hiking and ATV’ing. Dogs ok. Near by towns include Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Idaho Springs offers restaurants, shopping, river rafting and close to hot springs. Georgetown offers the Georgetown Loop Train to Sliver Plume as well as shopping and restaurants. If you like the casinos, Blackhawk is about 15 miles from Idaho Springs. Our property is only a couple miles away from the amazing Arapahoe National Forest. Right out the front doors in Stewart road which leads to four beautiful lakes or hike St Mary's Glacier just 1 mile down the road. Fishing is all around through out Clear Creek County.
