Our Apartment is a Beautiful & Calm Oasis in a Busy & Exciting City. the Living Room/Dining Room Has Floor-to-Ceiling Windows Looking Out on a Wrap-Around Terrace Which Faces South & West. the Apartment is Filled with Books, Music, Photos, & Items We Have Collected from Our Travels, But it Isn't Cluttered or Crowded. the Apartment is Light and Airy and it Gets Sun All Day. Our Kitchen is Small But Has a Window and a Washer/Dryer (These Are a Big Deal in NYC!). Our Bedroom Has a Very Comfortable King-Size Bed.
the Building is What is Known as a "Full-Service Luxury Condominium" with a Staff of 20 and a Health Club with a Pool, Jacuzzi, & Racquetball Court. the Staff is Friendly and Helpful.

We Are Within Walking Distance of the Theater District (Broadway) & Good Shopping (Such as Fifth and Madison Avenues). We Are 1 Block Away from One Subway (Metro) Line & 3 Blocks Away from Another Line; These Trains Will Take You Almost Anywhere in the City.
