Four bedrooms, (all with queen size beds), two full baths, front porch, and mature yard with privacy. Extra large living and dinning room have hardwood floors, high ceilings, plentiful windows and lots of light. The upper level has nicely finished fir floors. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, both connecting to a full bathroom, both with walk-in closets, and both with small tv's connected to cable. There is a small sitting area outside these bedrooms with a desk and writing chair. There is a bedroom located on the main level that is very nice for elderly folks as it is also adjacent to a full bathroom and easy to access. There is a 900sqft daylight basement with a large bedroom. This bedroom has two good size windows and is very spacious. This lower level also has a play area and a laundry area. The kitchen has a gas stove/range, dishwasher, microwave, and opens to a private cozy side porch. The backyard is fenced and private. There is a nice patio area with table, chairs, and a charcoal grill.
Our home is located in the heart of the highly sought after Hawthorne District. Within walking distance to wonderful parks,(Mt. Tabor and Laurelhurst), restaurants, theaters,(Bagdad), cafés, clubs, gardens, and grocery stores. Only minutes to the Willamette River and City Center. Bicycle friendly!
