It's the best of 30 A.. You can go anywhere from here but still have some peace and quiet.
The Live Oak Trees are beautiful always.. I love having a little bit of a yard to enjoy.
I walk everywhere. Rarely get in the car.. only if I have to.. That is my idea of a vacation.

Both very different restaurants and both very good! Walking , biking or golf cart distance.
Sundog is one of the Greatest Book stores around and also Central Square for amazing coffee and music. Nice view from the upstairs balcony.

I enjoy being able to walk to Seaside or to the beach..We sometimes bike to the store or Watercolor. Walking back at night is beautiful with the stars so much brighter than they are at home. We swim either in the gulf or pool everyday. Our pool has salt water which is much easier on your skin.

GREAT HOUSE! Located in Old Seagrove on a shady secluded road. Great amenities. Beautifully decorated. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Seaside. Easy walk to beach. Love the saltwater pool. We have stayed here twice and plan to return.

We visit Seaside every summer with the kids and grand kids. This year I found this beautiful house that is 1 block away, on the back side. It was very quiet and peaceful. We just returned from a wonderful week in the most accommodating property we have ever rented. The layout of the house is excellent, the flow works well (we had 6 adults 2 preteen kids). Plenty of room for all, kids den was a bonus. We always enjoy cooking special meals, the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and deck area were superb and very well maintained. I am very happy we have discovered this property. We will come back again. The owner was a great help, very responsive. You won't be disappointed.

This is a terrific house! The pool is wonderful, the common areas large and lovely, the teen room was perfect for the cousins, and I loved her decor. Fun, fun time!

What a glorious house! 2 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to all the activity of Seaside, but a world away tucked back in the trees. The pool and patio are your own little oasis. And the house is simply beautiful. This is my first VRBO rental (after 19 years of Seaside, Seagrove & Grayton rentals through agencies) and I was a bit apprehensive, but the owner is very helpful and responsive. What a great experience!

What a fabulous house! The owner is extremely helpful in offering suggestions and we had a great week here! The location is terrific, the pool is large with a comfortable outdoor living area, and the decor, artwork, and everything is perfect.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and adored it! The interior is luxurious, and well-appointed with contemporary amenities, but extremely comfortable. We loved the high ceilings and open floor plan of the common area, including the living room and kitchen. It's secluded, and away from the vacationing crowds, but within a very short walking distance of both the beach and Seaside shops and restaurants. On days that we didn't want to leave, we had our own pool. Absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this property.
