Year Purchased: 2001

Why the Owner Chose Old Seagrove Beach

It's the best of 30 A.. You can go anywhere from here but still have some peace and quiet.
The Live Oak Trees are beautiful always.. I love having a little bit of a yard to enjoy.
I walk everywhere. Rarely get in the car.. only if I have to.. That is my idea of a vacation.

The Unique Benefits at this Home

Its as social or as private as you want.. It is quiet and you can go to Seaside shop and eat and then escape. I can relax after a day . It is a serene environment with special lighting no matter what kind of weather you have..

    • What a glorious house! 2 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to all the activity of Seaside, but a world away tucked back in the trees. The pool and patio are your own little oasis. And the house is simply beautiful. This is my first VRBO rental (after 19 years of Seaside, Seagrove & Grayton rentals through agencies) and I was a bit apprehensive, but the owner is very helpful and responsive. What a great experience!

    • What a fabulous house! The owner is extremely helpful in offering suggestions and we had a great week here! The location is terrific, the pool is large with a comfortable outdoor living area, and the decor, artwork, and everything is perfect.

    • My husband and I stayed here for a week, and adored it! The interior is luxurious, and well-appointed with contemporary amenities, but extremely comfortable. We loved the high ceilings and open floor plan of the common area, including the living room and kitchen. It's secluded, and away from the vacationing crowds, but within a very short walking distance of both the beach and Seaside shops and restaurants. On days that we didn't want to leave, we had our own pool. Absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this property.
