The house has a wonderful breezeway that is a great spot to serve iced tea or lemonade. Enjoy our hot and cold outdoor shower after a good day at the beach. Our home has a long paved driveway perfect for an RV or Boat Trailer or just to let the kids enjoy their bikes. The private road is a loop that has very little traffic for a relaxing walk or bike ride. Our yard is perfect for a BBQ or fun game of Frisbee or catch.
Other amenities include some bikes, Golf Clubs, a 3 wheel Yakima beach / jogging stroller for kids, a beach cart and chairs for your convenience. Close to East Orleans and the Town Center of Orleans but far from the masses. You and your family can enjoy all that Eastern Cape Cod has to offer and discover the Cape. Biking, Swimming, Surfing, Boating, lovely lakes, Orleans has it all.
Our home maintains one queen size bed, three twin beds and a new pull out queen sofa bed. A new 20 x 20 post and beam great room offers plenty of space to enjoy family or entertain. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor. A large brick fireplace is flanked by built-ins filled with games, toys, books and an extensive video collection. Our Kitchen is complete for entertaining and has a new dishwasher, refrigerator, micowave, toaster oven and stove.
