Reservation Requirements: Send 50% of the total amount due with signed contract.

be reimbursed at the end of rental, depending on usage/condo condition.

Just spent a week at this condo. It is a rustic beach place, but clean and well maintained. We had towels, a beach chair, and even boogie boards provided. It is on the west side of town, a mix of retirees, locals and tourists. It is secure: fenced parking, gated well lit stairwells. The owners are bilingual, and great people. Our deposit was returned promptly. The beach is nice. To the left there is coral and seagrass with good snorkeling. To the right, sandy bottom. There can be some strong currents, so be careful with young kids. El Yunque can be seen from the deck. We enjoyed the backround music of surf, wind, birds and frogs. Low key and relaxing.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

took whole family for a month. Beautiful location, nice quiet (weekdays) location beautiful beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing. close to rainforest, and local stores banks whatever...... Nice family owned, family friendly. Didnt want to tell about this, wanted to keep it for myself.....lol
