Sunchase town homes are pet friendly, three bedroom three and a half bath units that sit directly on the white sandy beaches of Destin and are approximately 1,700 sq. ft. These town homes are situated between the Destin Commons and nation’s largest designer outlet center, Silver Sands Factory Outlets!
These three story town homes are great for large families! With two living rooms, one being on the middle floor, one being on the bottom floor, everyone can have their own room! Kids on bottom, parents in the middle! The bottom floor is almost like a studio apartment! It features the living room area which will have the pull out sofa, two chairs, and an entertainment area with TV & VCR. There is also a king size bed, full sized bathroom, additional refrigerator, sink, microwave, and washer and dryer on this floor. Balcony/deck access is available on every level!
The main living quarters are located on the middle floor. The living room overlooks the gulf and entrance to patio area. The kitchen looks over the dining area which looks over the living area! It is nice and open so everyone can enjoy lounging, cooking, and eating all together! There is a murphy bed and half bath located on this floor!
The top floor will consist of two bedrooms, each with king beds, and each with a private bath and TV’s. One unit will balcony access and gulf views!
