The Unique Benefits at this Cozy House
In the summer, we enjoy the four professional musicals performed In Boswell Hall at North Idaho College, just one house away. We bike on the Centennial Trail, which is over 60 miles long and connects with other trails, and walk our kayaks to the lake. We inner tube down the Coeur d' Alene River, camp and hike. Three of our favorite restaurants--Capone's, MoonTime and The Olympia--are all within walking distance. Four ski areas are easily accessible, and occasionally we get tickets to see our favorite Gonzaga University basketball team. It's hard to imagine much that you can't do from here!
Swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, run 26 plus miles...with 2,500 other competitors-- an incredible event in June!

My wife and I are both teachers in Coeur d' Alene. We appreciate that we are able to ride our bikes or walk past Lake Coeur d' Alene to many of the places that are central to our lives. We love our neighborhood, our town and Idaho, and hope that our cozy house and welcoming ways will make your stay here relaxing and enjoyable.
(Here I am getting ready to compete in Ironman 2009, an annual event that starts two blocks from our house. I had a great experience...and finished!)
