Denise's artwork of Paris in the 20’s and the Jazz & Swing Era creates the ambiance that is reminiscent of Monmartre, where the great dancers, musicians, writers, and composers gathered to think, create, and enjoy life, such as Josephine Baker, Ernest Hemingway, Cole Porter and Picasso.
Here you can enjoy the luxury of a private suite atmosphere with wood burning fireplace to snuggle in front of or roast marshmallows, dance on wooden floors, cook gourmet meals in her complete kitchen, barbeque in the backyard while enjoying the garden, or find a quiet nook to paint or read your stress away.
You may rent a single room which accommodates up to two persons, or rent the whole home as a private sanctuary for your family and friends, which can sleep 6 (maximum), with 2 in the living room.
There are two cozy bedrooms and one bathroom with claw foot luxury for those relaxing bubble baths you have been postponing.
Le Petie Louvre is light, and cheerful, with hardwood floors through out, lots of windows, has a new kitchen & bathroom, 2 dining room tables, a spacious floor plan which includes a large living room and dining room with some antiques.
It is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/espresso maker, also washer, dryer, wireless Internet, TV, DVD and CD players.
Le Petit Louvre is a lovely vintage 1920's home, located only 18 blocks from Hayward Field (Olympic trials) and 5 minutes from the Hult Center (Bach festival, with private parking in the drive way. There is space for 1 med. RV with electrical hook up. Her home is a half block to the bus stop and scenic jogging and biking paths along creeks and rivers.
Le Petit Louvre sits on a quiet street and yet is close to everything! One block away you will find a complete grocery & drug store. And it is a few blocks to banks, restaurants, ice cream parlors, health food stores, a hardware store, movie rental, a liquor store, office suppliers, Fed Ex, the post office, and Amazon Swimming pool with slides, wading pools and several larger pools.
Le Petit Louvre is available year round as a vacation rental home for short or extended stays, monthly rates available upon request.
$100 - 150 per night for the whole house, plus taxes, and cleaning fee.
To have a secure reservation: a signed contract and payment in full is required.
Prices and availability may change prior to a secure reservation.
There is a $250 fully refundable security deposit.
Renter must be 25 years or older to rent.
Payment methods: Credit Card via Paypal.
No pets, smoking, drugs, or large parties.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$100 - 150/Night For complete 2 Bedroom House. Plus tax, and cleaning fee.
2 Day minimum stay on weekends. Holiday and Local Event rates vary.
Valid credit card necessary for payment for rental & refundable security deposit.
A secure reservation requires a signed contract & payment in full.
Cancellations 2-4 weeks are refundable if we are able to re-rent.
Cancellations 2 weeks before arrival or early departures are not refundable.
Renter must be 25 years or older. Cancellations subject to a $100. fee.
All damages, not limited to $250, will be charged to your account.

We came to Eugene with plans only to attend the prefontaine Classic Track Meet... we leave refreshed & rejuvenated after staying at the charming Le Petit Louvre. The meet was amazing, the weather fantastic, and the accommodations extremely comfortable. THANK YOU! ( We dont think we've stayed anywhere so clean -- much appreciated. : )
