"We have enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable accommodations @ Le Petit Louvre. It is well situated to the cycling, walking, wine tasting & dining that we have enjoyed in Eugene. Also spacious living area that became our music room for fiddle & banjo practice ~ Thank You!"

"We came for the USA Track and Field Championships but the trip proved to be so much more than a few days at Hayward Field. Oregon is beautiful ~ your home is lovely and turned a track trip into a vacation. Thank you!"

"We came to Eugene to watch our son compete in the NCAA West Prelim Track Meet and enjoyed it, and so much more. Oregon is simply beautiful ~ especially enjoyed your gardens and many assortment of flowers. Our stay at Le Petit Louvre was very comfortable ~ Thank you.

"A sincere thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We were in town for the marathon & we enjoyed the comforts of home, the easy access to the running trail & the super comfy couches! We will stay here agian! May be back for the womans half marathon in September! all the best.

Good location near trails and the best coffee shop and bagel shop in town. Would think twice about trying to sleep any more people than are comfortable in the 2 double beds. The convertible bed just did not work well for the person using it during our stay. Nicely maintained.
Owner response:Apart from this comment we have had nothing but rave reviews for Le Petit Louvre, the beds specifically, and the amenities. These visitors came over Christmas during the coldest weather I have personally seen in Eugene reaching into the single digit temperatures at night. Given this extreme weather and that the futon was in the livingroom, I imagine it was colder than the other bedrooms which have their own wall heaters. We are very sorry the futon did not work out on this occasion, we did situate it right next to a base board heater... perhaps it was not turned on at night? Le Petit Louvre has so much charm, not to mention the cozy clawfoot tub and wood fireplace to delight in. We are ideally located near organic markets, parks, restaurants, cafes, coffee bars, pubs, outdoor music, running trails, and the best city pool. We are with in walking distance to the U of O, and a few minutes drive to downtown. Please check out our other rave reviews below from our very happy guests in recent past.

"Thank you so much for having us in your home for the past 2 months. Your house has provided us with the ability to make a very smooth transition to the next chapter of our lives in Eugene. We have flet very at home and comfortable in your house throughout our stay and Le petit Louvre. Perry and I have really enjoyed your spacious back yard and your kind neighbors. Thank you again so much for your hospitality, wish we could stay longer but we are excited to start decorating and filling our new home in Eugene as well.

" Thank you for providing such a wonderful home where we could enjoy our family vacation. The boys loved playing in the yard, exploring rocks, visiting with the neighbors kitties, and simply having some space. We came to Eugene with plans only to attend the prefontaine Classic Track Meet... we leave refreshed & rejuvenated after staying at the charming Le Petit Louvre. The meet was amazing, the weather fantastic, and the accommodations extremely comfortable. THANK YOU! ( We dont think we've stayed anywhere so clean -- much appreciated. : )

"Denise ~ Thank you for sharing your home with us ~ we COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER U of O grad ( get together ?) for our son ~ your yard was perfect, the BBQ, new (?), it just COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER - we hope to return again - your neighbors are very nice, both sides, and across the street, helped us understand the garbage pick up and recycle. " This is great house. Its location is ideal, close to the University, supermarkets, and downtown. The house is very neat, well-maintained, and full of everything that we needed. Denise has been great as a host. She has gone out of her way to make sure we are safe & comfortable. We really appreciate it. We will be coming back shortly indeed. "
