Make sure to bring your boat because this condo includes its own boat slip. Located in the center of Pensacola Beach, our vacation rental is in close proximity to dining, shopping and live music. The beach and fishing pier are also just a short walk away for all day fun in the sun. Water activities such as kayaks, jet skis, pontoon boats and parasailing are all available at Key Sailing. I rented this condo for the month of January. It was the best money I ever spent without a doubt! The condo was tastefully decorated. The furniture and mattresses were all comfortable. The condo had everything I needed right down to the grill and plenty of outdoor furniture. I only kept my rental car for one week because everything was in walking distance. The boardwalk and gulf are right across the street. Tons of restaurants with in walking distance....and I never had a bad meal! The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony every night. Average temperature was 70. I enjoyed early morning walks on the beach every morning. The people were really friendly. There were several events. 5k marathon and Moon Pie festival. You can set on the balcony and listen to live music on the weekends. The second bedroom has a built-in wall unit with a Queen size Murphy bed ( very comfortable) and a desk so during the day my husband worked in that room, my son pulled down the bed at night to sleep. Lots of dressers and closets. We will rent this unit again....my husband said 2 months the next time. You can't beat the price or location. There is also a gym, pool and sauna downstairs. Secured gated parking, gated entry to the elevators and elevator code to get to your floor.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This unit is absolutley amazing. We were in Destin for my sons wedding. 11 family members stayed in this unit. The unit was very spacious, decorated beautifully and had plenty of room for all of us and our luggage and wedding items. My family members (both those in the unit and those staying elswhere) were amazed that we had found such a great unit and a great price. The view from the balconies was stunning. We are already talking about a return trip next year and hope that the unit is available.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
