All outside areas are child-safe, Wi-Fi is available, beaches are very close and a maze of nearby hiking trails wind through coastal hills all the way north to Point Reyes.
Imagine grilling upstairs as the lights come on in San Francisco or kayaking a few hundred yards to visit the resident seals and returning to Tobiko for a jet-bath and warm fire. The full kitchen is ideal for cooking and comes fully equipped with everything you need.
Located just over the Golden Gate Bridge in exclusive Marin County, Tobiko is minutes away from downtown San Francisco but feels oceans away. It can be the perfect getaway for city-dwellers as well as a launching pad for those wanting to capture all San Francisco has to offer.
This house is the owner's main residence which means it is kept in VERY good shape. It is also located at the end of the dock and therefore sits on the water (and not on mud!).
IMPORTANT: Due to HOA rules, the house is only available for longer stays: one month or longer. Rate is $6500/month
