Looking for an out of the ordinary rental? You'll find that experience when you rent this lovely Sedona town home. Centrally located within walking distance to many local amenities including dining, shopping, grocery stores, movie theatre and a resort spa, this vacation rental is also my second home. It's also a short walk to a local community park with basketball, play equipment and tennis courts. The complex features a seasonal salt water swimming pool and hot tub.
This light and bright townhome has been totally renovated from it's original finishes and now includes all travertine flooring, new luxury baths (one with a soaking tub and one with a custom built shower); new lighting and fans; a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Bosc dishwasher, Kitchenaid gas cooktop and convection oven. The guest room has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king for your stay.
The home features original and interesting artwork and was renovated using natural materials and low VOC paints. It is very private with only one townhome next to it, which is also vacation rented. The lovely private backyard borders open space and a community park and features Airport Mesa views, flowering plants, a gas grill, two dining areas and a 3 person private hot tub.
You're welcome to make use of the mini-gym with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, inversion (hanging) machine, bosu ball and assorted hand weights*.
*Please note use of the gym equipment at your own risk! Also, please note while there is a cat pictured on the bed in the master bedroom, pets are not allowed.

Our 2 weeks at Sedona Retreat exceeded our expectations.The townhouse complex is so quiet and well maintained and people we met at the pool were very friendly .Having the Supermarket close by and a great kitchen made home catering so simple.We loved the outdoor patio area and the hot tub for relaxing after a morning of hiking .We appreciated the collection of books and materials about the area and near by attractions.We would certainly recommend this property to others .We hope that we can return one day too! We stayed for 4 nights in June with our teenage kids. What a fantastic spot and reasonably priced. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Everything was well laid out and organized. The location is perfect in West Sedona at the end of a quiet, private cul-de-sac. The home is very comfortable, clean, and well furnished and maintained. The exercise equipment in the garage and private hot tub are a real bonus. We had the lovely and refreshing salt water pool all to ourselves for the most part. The countryside and hikes are spectacular. We are so pleased with our stay and hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. We would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thanks Gerrie!

First time to Sedona and hit a home-run with this property. It was well equipped, awesome kitchen, hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day hiking and taking in Red Rock Country. Location is ideal, close to shopping for esentials and great dining (don't miss Moon Dog's veggie pizza and Dahl and Deluca for italian). If you love hiking, this property to close to some of the best in the area, Devil's Arch, Boynton Canyon, Coffepot, Deadmans Canyon. Very quiet unit and complex, we had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon most days.

This is a well appointed condo in a small quiet community. The kitchen is well outfitted and the rooms are nice size. If you are looking to stay inside or on your porch with a Sedona view or walk to local favorites, this is not your place. This is a good launching point however for exploring the Sedona area with a hot tub to relax those muscles after a day of hiking.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This townhome was beautiful, well appointed, relaxing and cozy. The location, at the end of a cul de sac, was quiet and private. It was the perfect base for all our explorations of the trails, the restaurants and the shops and the location was convenient to all activities. Star gazing from the hot tub was a highlight and we used the hot tub almost every night. The fireplace was a great way to take the chill off after the sun went down. We can't wait to come back.

Our stay in Sedona was so wonderful! The accommodations from the moment we arrived until we left were perfect! Your place is so nice that many afternoons we had to drag ourselves away because we were so busy relaxing and enjoying the quietness of the house. The property is in a great location not to be surrounded by tourist, peaceful, and just a block off the main highway which makes for easy access to everything Sedona has to offer. I would recommend this lovely property to anyone headed to Sedona. You wont be disappointed! We look forward to a return trip that hopefully wont be too far off in the future. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our 6 day stay here. Townhouse is furnished with everything you need. Private hot tub is great! Close to all Sedona sites: Airport Road sunset view, Cathedral Rock hike and sunset, jeep tours, downtown Sedona. Short drive to Slide Rock, Grasshopper Point and Oak Creek golf courses. 45 minutes to Jerome (great for shopping and ghost hunting). Easy two hour dirve to Grand Canyon.
