Our remodeled and clean vacation get-away is located within a five-minute walk from Indian Rocks Beach and just across the street from a nature preserve in Largo, Florida. We live in the same complex and really enjoy this location. If your stay is during the time we are living there (we travel too), we can help you with what to see and where to go. We have lived in this area since 1973 and always loved the abundant variety of fun things to do. We enjoy walking the nature trails through the park to see the panoramic view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Our walks take us through several distinct ecosystems abounding with native Florida plants and small animals.
Our favorites are the seabirds. You may see ospreys, as they have built nest in the tall trees. We also love seeing the turtles in their private pond. It's very relaxing to sit and feed the turtles from the elevated bench above the pond.
It's an easy stroll to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There are many of the areas famous restaurants located just minutes away. We enjoy the convenience of the Beach Trolley that takes you anywhere you want to go along the 17 miles of sandy beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete. The bus stop is located just outside the condo's complex. Ask the driver for the "all day pass" to see it all without driving.
Fishing and charter boats are located nearby. Golfers will enjoy the many courses in the area. Check out Heritage Village for a free guide to the local history of the early 1900's way of life in Pinellas County. The Florida Aquarium and Busch Gardens are a short drive away, and do not forget we are located about one and one-half hours from Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Adventure Island, and Disney World. You will love this location! It is only a 30-minute drive from Tampa International Airport.
We are NOT on the beach, but then again our prices by the month are the beach prices by the week. You can't beat the price and quality for the close location to Indian Rocks Beach and the George McGough Nature Park and Preserve.
Onsite amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor cooking area, two laundry rooms, and the friendliest people you will ever want to meet. Please, check-in after 5:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Thank you. Bring your sunscreen, the sun is FREE and abundant. We reserve the right to cancel any rental agreement at any time or reason. Refunds will be given. This is a non-smoking unit.

Security/Clean-Up Deposit returned in 2 wks, if unit is cleaned as you found it OR
$50 will be deducted for Cleaning. We will clean the last days soiled linens.
Excessive Damage will be charged. Full Payment is DUE 30 days before arrival date.
We reserve the right to cancel any rental agreement at any time or reason.
We will return all funds then. $100 service fee for cancellation within 3 weeks.

Year Purchased: 2002
Dave and Sue are both retired public school teachers. Currently we snowbird it between the cool mountains of North Carolina and the warm sunny days of Florida. Sue and I originally purchased this condo for our own use. We lovingly tore out and threw out the old everything and slowly refinished and remodeled what was needed for cleanliness and comfort. We tried to do the best we could, and as you can see from the pictures it turned out pretty good. We still use it for when family and friends come to visit, because the condo we live in is only a 1 BR. We live in the same complex and have lived in this area since 1973. It is a wonderful area, close to most everything a traveler would need including parks, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Try us for an economical Florida stay. We have worked and lived in this area for 4 decades. We love Florida and really love living in this area of Florida. It is home to us. There is always something fun to do here, and with the beach close by it gives us much pleasure to walk to and wade into.

Our condo is centrally located in a world famous resort beach area. We are closest to Indian Rocks Beach, a quieter beach village with many excellent restaurants and nearby shopping. We have a very friendly condo population that enjoys meeting at the pool for fun, relaxation and conversation.
