Truman’s Hideout is located at 29 Quincy Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, Unit B on the 2nd Floor, in the upscale community of Seaside. Truman’s Hideout is only steps away from the many shops of Seaside, the amphitheater, and directly across 30A from one of Seaside’s beach accesses and the famous Bud & Alleys Restaurant.
Conveniently located between the cities of Destin and Panama City Beach, Seaside is one of the many exclusive neighborhoods along 30-A. Sidewalks and green areas surround Seaside, and are perfect for walking, jogging, and biking to nearby restaurants and shops.
Truman’s Hideout is a 2BR/2BA condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. As you enter the condo you walk into a spacious living room that has an open kitchen with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our living area has a Queen sleeper sofa for your extra guests and the stack-able washer/dryer are hidden in a closet just before the hallway. The shared bathroom has a stand up shower and door to the Queen Guest bedroom. The Queen Master is across the hall with its own private bath.
Our condo comes with Free WiFi as well.
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services through LiveWell Bikes and Concierge for our guests. This includes bike rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 3.9% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.

We spent a week in this precious condo and were completely happy! It is close to the amphitheater, dining, shopping, and has easy beach access right across the street. I would definately recommend this condo and would love to return!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
