Great Value! Sleep up to eight people in this lovely, two-bedroom/two-bath, Edelweiss Haus condominium at the base of Park City Resort. Walk to any of three chair lifts about 100 yards away. Jump on the FREE shuttle bus, which stops right in front of the condominium, and ride to Old Town (less than a mile away), Deer Valley, The Canyons Resort, the factory outlet malls, or anywhere else on the route. No car needed at this condominium!
REMODELED in 2010 with brand new 42" plasma TV, granite counters, kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, bathrooms, new dining room and living room furniture, new carpet and paint! It looks GREAT!!
The MASTER BEDROOM has a new, pillow-top king-sized bed, color TV with cable, huge closet, private full bath, ceiling fan, and locked safe for your valuables. The SECOND BEDROOM has two queen-sized beds, color TV with cable, huge closet, and private full bath.
The LIVING ROOM has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 42" plasma TV with cable, gas fireplace, stereo, and DVD/VCR. The living room opens up onto a private covered patio where you can hang out or barbecue your dinner. The fully-equipped KITCHEN offers every appliance you will need and service for eight. Most of the appliances are brand new. Have breakfast at the pass-through bar or gather around the new dining room table.
Within the complex, and just a few steps from our condominium, you will find a jacuzzi, swimming pool, washers and dryers, ski locker/storage, ice and vending machines, and front desk assistance. Plenty of off-street parking is available in front of the complex or park in the underground garage.
I provide information on discount lift tickets and ski rentals and I also provide restaurant recommendations with your confirmation letter. Also, check-in and departure are very easy -- you'll go straight to the condo to pick up a key onsite.
This is a fabulous condominium with a great location. This is our second home and we have decorated it and stocked it with a ton of extras. We are sure you will not be disappointed!

Location, Location, Location. Across the street from Park City Mtn Resort, walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery, Starbucks, golf, movies and more. Directly on 3 different shuttle routes -- very convenient to shuttle anywhere.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Ground floor unit in very private area of the community. Walk down hall and out door and you're at the pool and hot tub. No traffic noise from street or alley. Park in garage and walk up one flight of stairs to condo landing -- great for bringing in groceries when it's snowing outside!

Can't beat the location!

We just returned from a week at Sundance and this was an ideal location. Shuttles are easy to catch both in front of the condo and in the back, but we actually preferred the easy walk to Main Street. Best of all was the location to the mountain though -- literally across the street from the base. The condo itself was comfortable and easy -- the new kitchen is really nice and the garage was key. We will definitely stay here again on return visits.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This is a wonderful condo. We have stayed here every summer for the last 4 years while doing the Kimball Art Festival. It is so peaceful and quiet in the evenings and a great place to unwind. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room which allows for privacy and retreat after a day at the art show where one can stay up late and chill on the sofa or go to bed early. The kitchen is highly functional and there's plenty of room in the frig. It has easy access to town yet far away enough that you are not inundated by the noise and congestion. The slopes are across the street which are beautiful, even in summer. I hope to be back there in 2011! It's a great vacation even though we are working.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The Edelweiss Haus is an older building but you can't beat the location for the price ! This condo is upgraded, comfy and clean. Covered garage parking is a bonus. There is a computer in the small lobby.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
