This house is located 7 blocks from the Arkansas River and Salida's downtown shopping district including a newly remodeled Safeway that houses a Starbucks Coffee Shop.
The house is a one-story, 100 year old "Pottery Barn" decorated Victorian that has been recently remodeled including all new wiring and appliances. The property has a two car garage, a secure fenced-in yard, and has all wood/tile floors that are clean and in good condition. The family room has a flatscreen TV with Direct TV Satelite. The house is furnished with new high quality linens, rugs, kitchen utensils and appliances. The house has a round/oval dining table that can seat 8 to 10 people comfortably, and a small table in the rear sun room that can accommodate an additional four. The dining room is great for family dinners and game playing.

- If you'd like to enjoy Salida's Victoria Era downtown then this house is a great choice. The house is located approximately 7 blocks south of where the old downtown lies on the Arkansas River. The river and downtown shopping district are approximatley 2 minutes away on a bicycle. Salida is very bike friendly and has lots of bike racks for the public. Also, Chaffee County has more 14teeners than any other county in Colorado. Serious Bikers and Hikers love Salida and Chaffee County!
