June 2008 - Agate Bay Vacation Home Close To Golf Comfortably furnished for your enjoyment. Roomy living-dining area for relaxed setting. Features deck on three sides of the house so that one can follow the sun and/or shade. Garage access and/or use is NOT included. NO pets/NO animals allowed on the premises. NO smoking allowed in the house. Rented: weekdays (Sun-Thu), weekend (Fri-Sun), weekly, or longer. Minimum 2 night stay with weekends (Fri-Sat nights) NOT split. Whenever possible, your requested days will be considered. All rentals are subject to the 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax. To reserve rental dates, a deposit of approximately one-third (1/3) of the total fee (rental plus Tax). This deposit may be refunded IF another renter can be found and/or applied to another reservation. 3:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am check-out times. Easy to follow check-out with cleaning service included in rental. With prior notice, linen laundry service available for additional fee.
