Located 70 miles from Denver and within a 15 miles radius are the world class ski areas of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Vail is only 40 minutes away. Our town home is located off I 70, off Highway 6, at the Silverthorne/Keystone exit 205 nestled in Lookout Ridge above Lake Dillon.
Beautiful, Non-Smoking, log home construction with fantastic views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Famous for its fresh powder snow, Summit County is near great skiing and snowboarding areas and boasts of other winter activities such as snowmobiling, cross country, and back-country skiing.
Many amenities are within walking distance, such as The Dillon Towne Center or The Dillon Ridge Shopping Center where you have available groceries, movies, sporting goods, and restaurants. For those attractions a little farther away, the free Summit Stage is available. It travels throughout Summit County and it has a station within easy walking distance of our townhome.
Some other attractions within walking distance include: Lake Dillon, hiking and biking trails, Dillon Amphitheater, bike rentals, tennis courts, and more. Some of the attractions within a short drive or ride are: Dillon, Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores, and Breckenridge.

We've stayed in several different VRBOs in Summit Co. and this is our favorite. This immaculate well stocked place has a great layout and premium location. With little snow and high winds, we didn't get to spend as much time on the slopes as we hoped, but we enjoyed having such a great place to hang out. Carol and Bill were great to work with and very attentive to our needs. Thank you, thank you - we hope to be back.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
