This Condo is directly on the Beach of Gulf Shore, Al. All you have to do is step out of the building and you are there! Our beachfront condo is very comfortable that you would consider it your second home.
The Seawind Unit #1201 is on the 12th Floor! That being said, you get a great view off the balcony for Sunsets and checking out the dolphins.
Outside facing the beach there is our spray ground/ wading pool! (Perfect for kids and adults who want to splash around without sand or waves.)
Seawind #1201 boasts a spectacular beach front view from an oversized balcony, and sunrise views from an oversized east facing picture window. The master bedroom and living room present fabulous views of the Gulf and both rooms access the furnished balcony. This unit features a king size bed in the master, a queen in the second and a trundle bed in the study. A fully equipped kitchen and full sized laundry round out the amenities. Monthly rentals available October - February at $1600/month plus tax.
