Staying at a vacation home inside Yosemite is the best way to enjoy the area. What I like best about the Yosemite West area, where our vacation home is located, is that it is away from the crowds that fill Yosemite Valley, yet it is close enough to enjoy all the amenities that the park has to offer. For instance, Badger Pass Skiing is only seven miles from the home.

Have stayed at this property twice. Can't beat the location, and the house has everything you would ever need! One bit of advice - buy outside the park and haul as much in the way of groceries as is practical. Availability within the park is rather limited and expensive.
