My home is in Punta Gorda Florida, in a section called Deep Creek. It is located on a cul-de-sac. It is quiet and private. It is a deed restricted community.
This property has just been updated 2008, a completely refurbished heated pool and jacuzzi. We have also put a new screen cage around the pool area, making the pool very comfortable and private.
All new kitchen appliances, all new ceramic tile floors. It has a 50" flat screen TV with suround sound in the main family room. A 46 inch flat screen in the second family room and a 30 inch flat screen in the Master bedroom. All new beds, (one king size and two queen size), linens, furniture. All bathroom fixtures have been changed out this year.
Close to everything, just off I-75 located in a family oriented, quite neighborhood.
It is a peacefull quiet street, the back yard over looks a greenbelt area,so there are no neighbors to the rear where pool is located.

The large Master bedroom has two walk in closets with a Master Bath at one end of the house. It is a split layout where the other two bedrooms are at the other end with their own bath.The Kitchen, Livingroom, and den have 13 foot ceilings making this home very spacious, very open, and very comfortable.

Why the Owner Chose Deep Creek
We purchased on this side of Florida because of the beaches, because of the way the roads are laid out, and because they are easy to navigate. A quiet simplier way of life. I have to be honest, I have spent many vactions on the east coast. It seams now I am most comfortable and more relaxed right here.

Bob own's and operates a Plumbing Company on Cape Cod Ma. Kathy is a nurse and has been employed in this position for more than thirty years. This picture was taken at the bottom of the grand canyon after flying over the Hover Dam and then taking a ride up the colorado river in January 2007.

Thanks, Bob and Kathy, for allowing us the opportunity to vacation in your home. We had one of the best vacations ever! The neighborhood was very quiet and very relaxing. We started planning our return visit before THIS vacation was over. The beaches are so close and everything we needed was nearby.We really enjoyed waking up to the doves that live in your orange trees. It was just like our own home, but in paradise. Kathy and Bob thank you. We and our friends had the best time ever. The home, the pool, the spa the neighbors and the neigbor hood was all good. It was a great kick off point to the beaches, fishermans village, and the golf courses. Very clean well equipped. Two thumbs up. Look forward to next year.

It was wonderful, the house was beautiful the pool and spa were great, we had a very good time, I would recommend this house to any and everybody, we have decided when we go back we will be renting this house again, my kids loved it , it had everything we needed and more, we didnt have any problems with anything. It was very clean and very well maintained. The neighbors were nice also. The back where the pool was , was very private and we liked that.

Have a great winter at this home in 2008/09. The house has everything you could want. Loads of space, great swimming pool and spa with lots of privacy. Two large sitting areas.Clean and neat, tastefully decorated Close to shopping and golf....we loved it so much we are going back this winter...thanks Bob & Kathy

JUST CAME BACK FROM A LOVELY STAY AT THIS HOME. IT FELT LIKE MY HOME. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WENT FOOD SHOPPING AND THEN NEEDED NOTHING. THIS HOME HAD EVERYTHING. Just returned from vacation here. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and comfortable in a peaceful, quiet setting. The pool and spa were great!Much better than a sterile hotel. I hope to go back!
