And the house has incredible decks with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico, which is located only steps away - perfect for watching the magnificent sunsets.
Although you will probably want to be outside most of the time soaking up the gorgeous beach environment, the house is set up with surround sound and television, complete with CD and DVD player - perfect for a rainy day or an evening of relaxing.
It can comfortably sleep from ten to 12 adults (with a pull-out couch). And the cottage, Love Shack (which is also available for rent), can sleep either six adults or four adults and four children.
If the three Carillon neighborhood pools are not enough, the Rock Lobster and Love Shack share their own private pool. To keep the house in a new condition, pets are not allowed, nor is smoking or spring breakers.
Carillon Beach is a gated, upscale, beach community that has been featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living magazines. Offering great dining and entertainment, it is a slice of old Florida reminiscent of what Seaside and some of the other coastal villages were like years ago.
