Rental includes 2 Amenity cards (with a full week rental) and Free Golf Cart (any rental), which saves you money as well as increases your enjoyment and relaxation during your stay. You need an amenity card for each adult in your party in order to use any of the resort amenities (pools, restaurants, activities.). You can get anywhere on the island on the golf cart.
Once you get to Fripp you can park your car and relax for the entire time you are here. If you want to sightsee we are close to historic cities such as Beaufort (30 minutes), Savannah (65 miles) and Charleston (90 miles). However, we have a feeling that once you are here, you will never want to leave.
The house is a fully furnished 2 bedroom/2.5 bath 3 level row house with gorgeous views of the water and marsh. It is located at the marina and minutes from the beach, pools and golf courses. It is the end unit right next to the docks with an unobstructed view of the water, boats, docks and marina.
Free use of golf cart, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs, bocce balls, stroller, wagon, beach caddie (with wheels to help move beach items in sand), beach towels, coolers and in-door grill (NO OUT-DOOR Grill). There are TVs in the bedrooms and den, VCR/DVD, Kitchen, Microwave, Coffee maker, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, 2 Full Jacuzzis with Showers. Please NO Pets and NO smoking.
