Beautiful, brand new two-story villa, in a guarded and gated community, located near the original ancient Mayan Ruins of Tulum.

Tastefully decorated with furniture made of Salam, one of the strongest and most beautiful woods indigenous to this area. Rich, natural fabrics make up the draperies, chair cushions and accent pillows. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house has a fully equipped kitchen and a combination living/dining area which can provide additional sleeping space. (Lower price for 2-4 people). Washer and dryer provided. Private pool and condo pool, both with Jacuzzi, and an enormous palapa area.

A 90-minute drive south from the Cancun airport, 20 minutes from the famous Sian Ka'an Biosphere (a 1-1/2 million acre protected mangrove lagoon), and a short 5-minute drive to the world's finest crystal clear beaches. If you are travelling from the USA, you are encouraged to rent a car before arriving in Cancun as rates will be lower. If you prefer to leave the driving to others, there are buses and very inexpensive taxis available to take you to and from the Cancun airport, as well as many other places, including banks with ATMs.

After a long fun-filled day on the Mexican Riviera, come back to your beautiful villa and relax. Grill your own steak or fresh fish and enjoy a breezy night in the palapa looking at the stars and communing with nature in the middle of the jungle.

Enjoy a long walk in the town of Tulum, which offers great restaurants and shopping. For a more upscale dinner, take a 5-minute drive to the coast of Tulum, where you will find some very romantic eco-chic places, with a variety of entertainment. Tulum boasts of many convenience stores; Wal-Mart and Sam's are located in Playa del Carmen a mere 40 minutes to the north.
