On the first floor, there is a game room with pool table, TV/DVD/VCR, wet bar, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, oceanfront deck, and direct access to the private pool, boardwalk to the ocean with a dune top deck, one bedroom with queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is one full bath. There is a half bath that is off of the game room and is accessible from the oceanfront deck and pool area.
On the second floor, there are five bedrooms. Two oceanfront, king-size, master bedrooms opening on to deck, one with a handicap-friendly bathroom, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one bedroom with twin beds. There are four full baths. Washer and dryer are located on his level.
On the third floor, a large open great room awaits you for those family or group gatherings. Ample lounging and dining space with wet bar, a well-equipped kitchen, large-screen TV, fireplace, half bath, an oceanfront deck, and master suite with a Jacuzzi bath.
If for some wild reason you feel the need for other activities, then you'll enjoy your FREE YMCA pass (must check it out daily at the front desk) during your stay!
