Three spacious air conditioned Bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen that includes coffee maker and microwave, Living room/dining area, spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean, Isabela Beach and the town of Isabela. Master Bedroom has its own full bath including bidet and king size bed, walk in closet, alarm clock, night tables, bureau, celing fan and aircondion. The second room has a queen size bed, wall to wall closet, bureau, night stands and the third room has 2 bunk beds, wall to wall closet and bureau.
Television, Radio, and collection of DVD movies. Though I also keep music CDs you may want to take your own music..

My parents rented this unit for my brother and I with our families for a week. This property was perfectly suited for 4 adults and 3 children (10 yrs, 8 yrs, and 7 yrs). The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, etc for making meals which was convenient for serving the children breakfast and lunch. We also appreciated having wireless internet and a washer/dryer available. The beach is located outside the gates and you need a key and/or remote to come and go. We did not have the gate key initially but the owner was easy to communicate with and he was able to make arrangements for someone to drop one off for us. I would recommend making sure you have it right away as it makes getting to the beach much easier. You may need to provide an additional deposit. This condo is located close to town and has easy access to get around to the grocery store, walmart, restaurants, etc. It was clean and the furnishings are as shown in the photos and is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the use of a boggie board and beach chair as well. We appreciate the nice review and we strive to make our condo the best we can for all renters. We rent it to help us pay the mortgage. Unfortunately in the past the keys have been lost and costs about $125 to replace the back-gate key and the remote. Though the back-gate key and remote are a convenience they are not necessary and some renters do not request them. For those who request them we found that it was necessary to implement a refundable deposit. Since we have instituted the deposit the keys have not been lost and everyone who has placed a deposit has had it returned. To simplify matters we do not deposit the fee unless the keys are not returned. We hope the deposit will not discourage anyone from staying at our place.

The Isabela Condo is in a gated community with a beautiful view from the 5th floor. The ocean is so blue! Beautiful! Very relaxing. Private parking too! When we arrived we found the place clean and well-maintained. There were lots of towels and bedsheets as well as a washer and a dryer. Lots of amenities! The air-conditioned bedrooms were very comfortable. It was especially convenient to have a spacious bathroom in the Master Bedroom. Women really appreciate this, LOL. Both bathrooms in the condo have showers too. This is a thumbs up when there are multiple people. Oh yeah! The pool was awesome!! There's one for young children as well. I'd like to thank the owner for giving us a great deal on the rental and for excellent customer service too!Owner response: We always strive to give you the best value for your dollar. In addition to the natural beauty provided by nature we have many amenities at our condo to make life pleasant for you. We have a 42 inch LED TV, wireless as well as wired WIFI and internet, a landline telephone, Cable TV and we soon expect to have a collection of movies. Our master bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own private full bath. There is a second bath in the hall for other guests. This is the perfect location to come and enjoy Puerto Rico or to just lay back, relax and forget about it all. Come visit us and enjoy our place. Feel free to contact me for more information.

If you’re looking for a fabulous view, great beach with easy access, and some local flavor, this is the place for you. My husband, 19-year old son and I recently returned home from a wonderful 2-week stay in PR. This spacious condo was the perfect home base. It offered a comfortable place from which we could take morning walks along the convenient walking paths, explore the island on day trips, and watch sunsets each evening from the spacious balcony or from the beach located just a short walk from this condo unit. My family highly recommends this condo to anyone looking for a touch of paradise every morning when you open your eyes.Owner response: Our place is just beautiful. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the beaches. The pictures you see have not been retouched in any way. The ocean is as blue as you see it in the pictures. At night you can see the cruise ships and sometimes storms in the ocean far away. One guest who arrived in December told me that on their second day at the condo while they were looking into the ocean from our balcony they saw a whale. There are lots of beaches along the road to the condo. Mornings are a great time to get some exercise by taking those morning walks, taking a dip in the ocean then a dip in the pool. This is a great place to meet people and make new friends. This is a place you will never forget. Come to our place for an experience of a lifetime.

I with this economy needed a deal more then ever, I found it here at Isabela Beach Court Condo. I never woke up on the wrong side of the bed again, with this hot deal. I enjoy with my family the beauty of the contact with nature, sunrise, dawn, the sound of the ocean, the stars at night. Gorgeous, gorgeous.. It's a beautiful place to stay, with convenient local restaurants and shopping areas, along with local live music at night by the shore and more. I recommend this property to people I know not only for it's beauty and attractions, but also for it's cleanliness with great customer service.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

You go to bed listening to the waves of the ocean. You wake up in the morning to fresh air. You go out to the balcony and take in the amazing view. The comfort and beauty of this condo is unbelievable unless you are there to experience it. The condo is large, roomy and gorgeous.
