This charming 4 bedroom home is in a quiet neighborhood in the Bijou Pines. It is a five minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, and only 2.0 miles from the Lake and Casinos. Enjoy parasailing on the lake after just a three minute drive or spend another 15 minutes and head over to Camp Richardson for live music on the Beach. At night, you can play blackjack while the kids hit the arcade or watch a movie as this home is just a 5 minute ride to The Horizon.

If it's peace and quiet you want, just unwind after a day of skiing in the private hot tub on the back deck under the stars. The pines surround you with privacy. The back yard is fenced in for additional privacy, which means your dog is welcome.

Why the Owner Chose Bijou 2

It is a great family house. It's quiet for unwinding, yet very close to night life and Heavenly Ski Resort. There is something for everyone.

The Unique Benefits at this House

We enjoy hiking and skiing. The kids enjoy the lake in the Summer and skiing in the Winter. In the Fall, it's nice to go up just to unwind with extended family.

We purchased the property because of it's proximity to the Lake, Casinos and Ski Resort. We seem to have a different vacation each time we go up. We love the fact that it has four seasons.
