The large great room has a roomy couch, perfect for lounging, watching movies, or reading by the fireplace. TV and stereo with DVD and iPod hook-ups are there for your enjoyment. With Wi-fi capabilities, no one will know your "office" is in the beautiful Sierras!
The master suite has en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV and gas fireplace and a king-size bed. An outside patio offers a quiet retreat for reading or relaxing. A hot tub is located just outside the master bedroom and is accessible from adjacent bedrooms.

I stayed here with a large group of friends (13 to be exact) for a Ski weekend and we had an amazing time. It was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. We hung out in the main room, cooked large meals, used the hot tub and even had a ping pong tournament. Location was perfect too. Everyone loved the place and we will certainly be coming back soon. We gathered here as a central point for our families coming from New York, Wisconsin and Santa Rosa, CA. The 4 kids ranged in age from 3 to 3 mos. We were amazed with the house. It had everything we could have asked for and more. The great room was huge and all the outside ares offered the most wonderful views I have ever seen. It was close to the grocery store, children's museum, town of Truckee, beach and playground at Donner Lake, and of course, Lake Tahoe. We spent time in Kings Beach and also in Heavenly Valley. The fall turned out to be a great time for us for sightseeing and also the casinos were close too; there were no crowds. We would recommend this property to anyone who would like to have an upscale vacation, it is definitely ultimate. The kitchen is first class with everything you could possibly need. All of us cannot wait to visit again.

Beautiful spacious cabin. Warm and cozy with great amenities. Snowed in for three days and could not have been happier! Gorgeous view of Donner Lake from the great room. Our two teenage sons entertained themselves playing ping pong, watching movies and lounging in the hot tub. Hubby napped on the comfy couch in front of the fireplace, while I happily spent time cooking in your well appointed kitchen... LOVED the wolf stove and fantastic views. Perfect vacation. Skip the hotel...this is a fabulous house worth every penny! We will definitely be back. Thank you Meyer family for sharing your wonderful cabin.

We stayed at this wonderful cabin, it's in a great location and comfortably can fit 10 people. The accomodations are second to none and it is hard to find a cabin this nice anywhere. Donner Lake is a beautiful setting and much less crowded and easier to access than Tahoe. I can't wait to return.

This is a beautiful home, very clean with terrific amenities. It is spacious and has high end appliances and decor. A wonderful great room with a partial view of Donner Lake (which was a five minute walk to the beach). There is a spacious bunk room with a ping pong table and tv for the kids.

Fabulous house with everything you could possibly want. Easy access to the lake and beautiful hiking trails, fully equipped, gorgeous kitchen, and amazing view. We stayed in a cooked every night because there was no where else we would rather be. We would definitely rent again.

We all really enjoyed staying at this house for our family wedding. The beds were cozy, the hot tub was fun and everything just seemed to be well thought-out. I was impressed with the things that were available at the house for us to use -- it felt like a real house not like an empty hotel. The kitchen is especially great and worked so well for entertaining a large group. If you're thinking of booking this house you won't be disappointed.

This property is perfect for a big group! Our 4 families (12 people) were more than comfortable-we felt pampered. Hot tub, ping pong, comfy beds, great kitchen, the world's biggest couch-all with gorgeous views of Donner Lake and the mountains. We will stay here again any time we get the chance!
