Welcome to our home-away-from home! We make every effort to make our two bedroom/two bath condo fit for a luxurious vacation, whether for a family or adults. Suntide II is a modern, five storied condominium right on the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our #207 unit has an excellent location to utilize all Suntide II amenities.

Our second floor porch with its comfortable outdoor lounge chairs and dining area provides an excellent private getaway for lounging, eating, or keeping an eye on children at play, and has enough room for easily securing any beach gear you may bring. Rather than carrying it up, simply hand it over the balcony for easy portage!

We are constantly updating our unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an excellent view of the gulf waters, a reading chair and television with a DVD. Our newest update is the vanity/shower area with new tiled walk-in shower. The front bedroom, which has recently been updated, has its own bath. All linens are provided.

The living room, in up-to-date tropical decor, has a large seating area with a mirrored wall behind one of the couches to reflect the ocean waters. Another couch folds down to a queen sized bed suitable for an adult or two children. A large flat-screen television with DVD, a stereo, Wi-Fi connection, and a small library of books and games provide for indoor relaxation. The kitchen was renovated in 2008 with new cabinets, tile countertops, microwave, and sink. It is fully stocked with appliances, kitchen and tableware for your convenience.

Suntide II has a friendly, efficient resident staff for check in/out during business hours, maintenance service, and linen exchange. There is close-in parking with limited covered parking. In addition to the swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts there is a sundeck with tables and lounge chairs, and a BBQ/picnic area, and a beach volleyball court.

                Our stay was fantastic! The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and well stocked with tableware and cooking items. The staff at Suntide II are great! Thank you! We hope to be back next year!

                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
