Most Gulf-side units have an east or west view; the unique orientation of this condominium has views of the beach from the sofa and even the dining table! New appliances and 18-inch ceramic tile are among the additions to this floor-to-ceiling refurbishing.
A separate vanity allows multiple use of the bathroom with privacy. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV/VCR, the second bedroom contains twin beds and a TV with cable. The living room has a queen-size innerspring sleeper sofa, TV/VCR, CD AM/FM cassette stereo, and phone.

Me and my family went for the first time in years together i got the condo from a coworker that has a share in it and we loved staying here this is best condo ever and great deal right off the gulf and beach view awesome great guy working as security made it safe to stay here we will stay at sunchase from now on .

I enjoyed a spectacular Thanksgiving weekend with my family at this cozy and comfortable condo. We helped ourselves to the puzzles and myriad of movies that grace this diamond-in-the-rough! We'll be back at Christmas!

What a beautiful Memorial Day weekend! The room was great, the water was crystal clear and the weather was perfect! There's still alot of construction from the hurricane, but the beach was full.....jetskis, parasails, boats and people, lots of people! Everything seems to be getting back to normal. We are planning to come again in July!

The week we spent at Sunchase was perfect. The condo was great, the weather was great, the beach was great and restaurants, bars, and shopping were nearby. Across the street there was an excellent pizza restaurant, delivery or carry out. There was tourist information furnished in the condo with maps. We would definetly rent this condo again. We were at the condo March 6 thru March 13, 29004

I was really nervous in renting this unit because it was through a person and not many people had signed the guest book. My wife and I went with our 2 kids, a modest family looking for an affordable vacation. This unit is nice, It does have a condo bldg in front of it, but from your living room window you can easily see the ocean, The condo door(it's on the 2nd floor) is approx 100 feet to the edge of the sand and beach. The pool is small but our kids enjoyed it, the beds and furnishings of the condo are nice, It's a great place for the money, yes for $1,400 (summertime) you can over look the beach, in our case it was worth it to be at the beach and only spend $700. You can rest assurred it's a nice place and a nice beach, we will be back!
