Why the Owner Chose Palm Villas
The central location and beautiful setting are big reasons I opted for this property. Early in the morning I can hear the ducks quacking afar from the nearby Mesquite Golf Course. Out the kitchen window I can smell the grapefruit blossoms in the spring and view the snow capped mountain beyond.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The sloped ceilings with the raw wood beams add space and character to what would be an otherwise typical interior space. The light streams in from all the rooms. The skylights in the bath also add in making the entire space light-filled and airy. Sometimes when I am in the bathroom I try to turn off the light and then realize the light is from the skylight! The cross breeze keeps the warm fresh air moving through-out the unit.

This was our first time in Palm Springs, and staying in Gary's condo made our stay very enjoyable. The condo had everything that was listed and the photos accurately reflected the condos appearances and amenties. The condo was very clean,spacious, comfortable and quiet. Location was close to all amenties,and pool and grounds were well maintained. Enjoyed the morning walks along the golf courses. Gary was very helpful in answering all our questions and informing us of the area. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks Gary

We recently had the privilege of spending a few weeks in this condo and from the moment we walked in, it was like our home away from home! Gary greeted us and was so friendly and hospitable... the unit was clean, well stocked and ready to move in, the pictures posted were very accurate of the unit. We had no trouble getting around and being only a couple of minutes from the downtown core via car, the location was perfect for us to see this great area and feast at some of the great restaurants minutes away. We were able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area and everything was very clean and well-maintained... the grounds were groomed and very much appreciated for us to see green grass in the middle of our winter at home! We would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to get away and relax! Thanks Gary again for the great stay...when we are back again we would not hesitate to rent your unit or recommend to family/friends! Many memories were made..take care.

We highly recomend staying at Gary's condo. it has a great location, close to markets, downtown and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed walking around the golf course, to Albertson's Market, bakery and Swiss donut shop. The condo was clean and funrnished with a contemporary decor, more than enough linens, towels, and kitchen equipment to accomodate four adults. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning and the front deck in the afternoon, also took advantage of the pool during the day and hot tub in the evening. We would recommend this property to friends and realtives, we look forward to staying there again sometime. Jim and Connie

The condo photos showed the condo exactly as it is. Very clean well decorated great place. Good kitchen pans, plenty of dishware and etc. The owner was super nice and helpful. We go to the film festival. This is a good location for the theatres. Pool and hot tub very clean. We would stay again for sure. Also close to the Plaza tennis club. They are helpful and rates are good. Clinics fun. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and relatives. Walked to town and the Plaza tennis club. So do give this condo serious consideration.

Our stay at this unit was very positive. I especially enjoyed the brightness, the high ceilings and the overall roominess. The kitchen is easy to work in and the living area very comfortable with a great TV. The pool and hot tub are easily accessible from this unit. I loved the size of the ensuite and the master bedroom. Overall, one of the better condos that we have stayed at in Palm Springs.

We stayed there for only 2 weeks at the beginning of April. The moment we opended the front door, it felt just like home away from home. The condo was beautiful, exactly and more than what we saw on the web site. The condo is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs, it was spotless and had all the amenities that one could ask for. We certainly plan to be back next year.

We have been visiting the Palm Springs area for many years each spring and have stayed in various rentals. This property was very nice and the condo itself was great! It was the cleanest one that we have stayed in. Well decorated, open with high ceilings and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year.
