This 1500 sq.ft condo is situated directly on the 13th hole of Palm Valley Country Club. The house is decorated in a Pottery Barn type look with new linens, bedding and furniture. The unit includes three bedrooms plus a pull-out double bed in the living room. This unit comes with our Platinum Membership providing guests with access to two Ted Robinson designed golf courses, state-of-the-art athletic facilities including workout/fitness gym, health spa and championship tennis facilities. Also included is access to our fully ammenitized golf car.
Palm Valley Country Club features 36 holes of Championship Golf set against the Santa Rosa montains, an 85,000 square foot fully ammenitized clubhouse. An olympic size main pool and jacuzzi is located adjacent to the clubhouse or relax at a more private pool and jacuzzi located directly across the street from our house. Palm Valley is centrally located at Country Club Drive between Cook and Country Club, convenient to all desert locations.
