The large, comfortable great room has open views from the fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area. Sliding glass doors invite you step out onto our spacious private balcony and experience the flow of beach activities throughout the day. Our modern, spacious kitchen includes all the amenities of home. After a quick trip to the marina for just-caught seafood and a stop at one of many local grocers, you’ll be all set to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen includes all the conveniences you’d expect – from cookware and dishware, to small appliances such as a microwave and coffeemaker, to detergents, kitchen towels, paper towels, and more. Two large beachside master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, include walk-in closets and attached, private full baths. The third inviting bedroom includes a queen-size bed and also has private full bath. The fourth, welcoming bedroom offers two adult-size twin beds and private access to the fourth bath. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD. The great room includes a convenient sofa bed for extra guests.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Space and privacy. The great room and kitchen are in the center of this penthouse. Two bedrooms and two baths are on either side. The meeting space is the extra large balcony. With two master bedrooms being on the gulf it is very unique.

We actually stayed here in June 2009. I must say it was one of the best vacations we've ever had! My family of 4 and our friends, a family of 5, enjoyed the immense amount of room in this very clean and well-maintained condo - the pictures really don't do it justice. The furnishings were great, the bedrooms very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom - with 2 families, we couldn't have asked for a better set-up. Our kids range from ages 5-16. Even when we were all in for the evening, we never felt as if we were on top of each other - it's that big. Oh, and the patio is huge with an awesome view. The location is right in the middle of everything! The owner and realtor were very accomodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed!!
