We had a great time at Parkview Cottage and would gladly recommend it. It is in close proximity to the river, the City and Spokane making it an ideal holiday location. Never having been to Idaho, I rented this home for myself and my two teenagers and was far from being disappointed.....the house was a great place to stay. Lots of space, adequately supplied, very clean and we lacked nothing at all. There were extra supplies in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. There was a barbeque that we could use, deck chairs and even chairs for the beach. The bedrooms were large, lots of linens and could easily accomodate 6 people. It is located in a very quiet area, on a very large piece of property and only a five minute walk to the local beach and park which became a great place to float away the afternoon and enjoy the sun. There were many good restaurants nearby...The White House Grill and Hunters were our favorites. The freeway was less than five minutes away. The house was half way between Coeur D'Alene (10 minutes away) and Spokane Valley (15 minutes away) which was very convenient. Heading east within Post Falls was also a shopping mall with a large Walmart, restaurants, car wash etc and heading west there was a Cabela's (large sporting store) both ten minutes away. The owner, Tom, was a great resource, very kind and helpful. The local property manager Russ was also very accomodating, easily accessed and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this property without any hesitation at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had business in Spokane and decided to take a week off - a friend told us about this house - and we decided to try it rather than staying in a hotel. The location is a very easy drive from the Spokane airport and there is a huge supermarket and stores very nearby. The house is a little jewel box and the best home in the neighborhood. The home is spartan and has a "new house" feel. Nothing is worn, wall seem freshly painted, and the kitchen is fully equiped. We stopped at the Super 1 market at the corner of Seltice and N. Idaho (maybe a mile away) and stocked up before we arrived. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast/lunch/dinner - plates, cooking utensils, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, etc. - all super clean. There is a kitchen counter with bar stools along with a dining area with table and chairs. There is a Weber charcoal BBQ out on the deck, and a really nice gazebo up the hillside for an evening cocktail and watching the sunset. The home is planted into a hillside with interesting rocks. The lawn (springtime) was green and looked like golf course grass. The manager had left a garage door opener - so that was the easy way in and out as there is a stairway inside the garage which takes you up to the second floor kitchen/dining area. The TV has a built in DVD player - and we wished we had brought movies to watch. We ended up renting some from a nearby video rental. A master bedroom upstairs with adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom was spotless and the bathtub is huge if you like to soak. There were two smaller bedrooms upstairs and they share another bathroom which would be perfect for another couple or kids. All rooms were very sunny. Carpets were clean - there wasn't one thing that didn't work properly. Behind the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer and powder room- very helpful. There were plenty of clean towels and extra linens in the linen closets. (Toilet paper was high quality). There is a beautiful river with beach and boat rentals (not yet renting when we were there) a very short walk through the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, and we even were invited in and had a nice chat with someone a few doors down. Coer d' Alene was a few minute drive and an amazingly beautiful town and lake - if you've been there enough said. If we are in this part of the country will rent this house again!

My husband and I were traveling Physical Therapists. We stayed in the Gaszi house for 3 months. Excellent for hiking, boating, close to cenntenial trail, close to CDA, the best care from the owner & caretaker. Just a wonderful place to stay. We ended up getting jobs in the area, bought a house, and we are here to stay! Wonderful place!!

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We truly enjoyed our vivit with our family for 30 days. Would recommend this to all. Home has lots of ammenities and is very comfortable. It is almost new and clean. I would be proud to own this home.

This house was nicely represented in VRBO. The launch ramp was the width of a block or two away and very easy to access. Nice family setting and fun for the kids. Close to CDA and other features. Great hiking and walking. Park at the beach and river was really nice. Terrific house that we'd gladly use again.
