Parking is a must in this area, and you can park two cars in the detached garage. All the bedrooms have their own balconies. Perfect for entertaining, this dream house is a must for the beach lover. We provide beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys for your enjoyment in the sand.
Del Mar, California is located 20 minutes north of San Diego on the beautiful Southern California coast. This house is great for the whole family, and it is convenient to drive to many attractions in the area; such as Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, and Legoland. With the bordering communities of La Jolla to its south and Rancho Santa Fe to its east, Del Mar is a tiny, exclusive enclave of two square miles of coastal land with a population of about 5,000. The main attraction of residents and visitors alike is its beautiful beach and year-round sunny weather. The spectacular Torrey Pines Golf Course, site of the 2008 U.S. Open Championship, is just 4 miles to the south.
This house is less than a mile walk to the world famous Del Mar Thoroughbred Racetrack, "Where The Turf Meets The Surf",thousands of visitors and celebrities come to Del Mar from all over the world during the annual six-week thoroughbred racing season. The Fall and Winter are also great times to enjoy all that Southern California has to offer.
Del Mar is an upscale beach community featuring a stylish shopping district and many restaurants. We recommend taking a casual stroll along the beach at sunset, and don't miss the ocean front dining at Jake's or The Poseidon.

$1500 fully refundable security deposit, $250 one-time cleaning & linen fee
